Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania elementów skladowych, a zwlaszcza uchwytów sterujacych. Najbardziej zblizonym rozwiazaniem jest bateria opisana w polskim wzorze przemyslowym nr 7012. W rozwianiu powyzszym wszystkie elementy baterii maja postac plaskownika wyginanego lekkimi lukami w rózne strony. Podstawa baterii ma postac plaskownika za zaokraglonymi narozami, na którym ulokowane sa trzy postumenty, równiez w formie plaskownika. Ze srodkowego postumentu wyprowadzona jest wylewka, majaca postac plaskownika z zaznaczona linia podzialu. Wylewka jest wygieta w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym ma postac zblizona do odwróconej liteiy „V, za zaokraglonymi narozami.Na bocznych postumentach ulokowane sa uchwyty sterujace majace postac plaskownika, w dolnej czesci z zaznaczona po srodku linia podzialu, zas w górnej czesci podzielonego. Podzielone u górny czesci uchwytu sterujacego sa wywiniete w przeciwnych kierunkach. Bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus i wylewke w postaci plaskownika. Wylewka jest wygieta w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym ma postac zblizona do odwfóconej litery „L", za zaokraglonym narozem i ulokowana jes t na korpusie centralnie. Na poboczach korpusu ulokowane sa uchwyty sterujace, majace postac plaskich grzybków, na których ulokowane sa pionowo elementy sterujace. Elementy sterujace w widoku czolowym maja postac równolegloboku, zas w widoku z góry sa lekko wygiete. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.2 baterie w widoku bocznym, a fig.3 baterie w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bateria przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - korpus i wylewka maja postac plaskownika; - z centralnej czesci korpusu ulokowana jest wylewka;- wylewka wygieta jest w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym ma postac zblizona do litery „L", z zaokraglonym narozem; - na poboczach korpusu bateria ma ulokowane uchwyty sterujace; - uchwyty sterujace maja postac plaskich grzybków; - na plaskich grzybkach ulokowane sa pionowo elementy sterujace; - elementy sterujace, w widoku czolowym, ma maja postac równolegloboku; - elementy sterujace, w widoku z góiy, sa lekko wygiete.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a faucet used for washbasins and sinks, mounted on their upper surface. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in the new shape of its components, particularly the control handles. The most similar solution is the faucet described in Polish industrial design no. 7012. In this design, all the faucet elements take the form of a flat bar bent in slight arcs in various directions. The base of the faucet is a flat bar with rounded corners, on which three pedestals, also in the form of flat bars, are located. A spout extends from the central pedestal, in the form of a flat bar with a marked dividing line. The spout is curved so that in a side view, it resembles an inverted "V," with rounded corners. Control handles in the form of flat bars are located on the side pedestals. The lower part has a centrally marked dividing line, while the upper part is divided. The upper parts of the control handle are curved in opposite directions. The faucet, following an industrial design, has a body and a spout in the form of a flat bar. The spout is curved so that in a side view, it resembles an inverted "L," with a rounded corner, and is located centrally on the body. Control handles in the form of flat mushrooms are located on the sides of the body, on which the control elements are vertically positioned. The control elements in a front view have the form of a parallelogram, while in a top view they are slightly bent. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the faucet in a front view, fig. 2 the faucet in a side view, and fig. 3 the faucet in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet shown in the attached drawing is characterized in that: - the body and the spout have the form of a flat bar; - the spout is located in the central part of the body; - the spout is bent in such a way that in a side view it has the shape similar to the letter "L", with a rounded corner; - the faucet has control handles on the sides of the body; - the control handles are in the form of flat mushrooms; - the control elements are located vertically on the flat mushrooms; - the control elements, in a front view, have the form of a parallelogram; - the control elements, in the top view, are slightly bent.
