Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do montowana na scianie nad umywalkami i zlewozmywakami. Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania oraz usytuowania elementów skladowych, a zwlaszcza wylewki i uchwytów sterujacych. Najbardziej zblizonym rozwiazaniem j es t bateria opisana w polskim wzorze przemyslowym nr 7012. W rozwianiu powyzszym wszystkie elementy baterii maja postac plaskownika wyginanego lekkimi lukami w rózne strony. Podstawa baterii ma postac plaskownika za zaokraglonymi narozami, na którym ulokowane sa trzy postumenty, równiez w formie plaskownika. Ze srodkowego postumentu wyprowadzona jest wylewka, majaca postac plaskownika z zaznaczona linia podzialu. Wylewka jest wygieta w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym ma postac zblizona do odwróconej litery „L", za zaokraglonymi narozami.Na bocznych postumentach ulokowane sa uchwyty sterujace majace postac plaskownika, w dolnej czesci z zaznaczona po srodku linia podzialu, zas w górnej czesci podzielonego. Podzielone u górny czesci uchwytu sterujacego sa wywiniete w przeciwnych kierunkach. Bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma korpus i wylewke w postaci plaskownika. Wylewka jest prosta i usytuowana prostopadle do korpusu, z boku jednego jej konca. Miejsce ulokowania wylewki, w widoku bocznym, ma postac lukowatego zgrubienia. Na przeciwleglym do wylewki koncu korpusu ulokowane sa uchwyty sterujace, majace postac plaskich grzybków, na których ulokowane sa, prostopadle do nich, elementy sterujace. Elementy sterujace w widoku z góry maja postac równolegloboku, zas w widoku czolowym sa lekko wygiete. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.2 baterie w widoku bocznym, a fig.3 baterie w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bateria przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - korpus i wylewka maja postac plaskownika;- z jednego boku korpusu wyprowadzona jest prosta wylewka; - wylewka jest ulokowana prostopadle do korpusu; - miejsce wyprowadzenia wylewki ma postac lukowatego zgrubienia; - na przeciwleglym boku korpusu bateria ma ulokowane uchwyty sterujace; - uchwyty sterujace maja postac plaskich grzybków; - na plaskich grzybkach ulokowane sa pionowo elementy sterujace; - elementy sterujace, w widoku z góry, ma maja postac równolegloboku; - elementy sterujace, w widoku czolowym, sa lekko wygiete.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a faucet used for wall mounting above washbasins and sinks. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and arrangement of components, particularly the spout and control handles. The most similar solution is the faucet described in Polish industrial design no. 7012. In this design, all the faucet elements take the form of a flat bar bent in slight arcs in various directions. The base of the faucet is a flat bar with rounded corners, on which three pedestals, also in the form of flat bars, are located. The spout extends from the central pedestal, in the form of a flat bar with a marked dividing line. The spout is curved so that in a side view it resembles an inverted "L" with rounded corners. Control handles in the form of flat bars are located on the side pedestals, with a centrally marked dividing line in the lower part and a split section in the upper part. The split sections of the control handle are bent in opposite directions. The industrial-style faucet has a body and a flat-shaped spout. The spout is straight and located perpendicular to the body, at the side of one end. The spout's location, in a side view, is an arched bulge. On the opposite end of the body, the control handles are located, shaped like flat mushrooms, on which the control elements are located perpendicularly. The control elements in a top view have the form of a parallelogram, while in a front view they are slightly curved. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the faucet in a front view, fig. 2 the faucet in a side view, and fig. 3 the faucet in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet shown in the attached drawing is characterized in that: - the body and the spout have the form of a flat bar; - a straight spout leads out from one side of the body; - the spout is located perpendicular to the body; - the spout leads out in the form of an arcuate bulge; - on the opposite side of the body, the faucet has control handles; - the control handles are in the form of flat mushrooms; - the control elements are located vertically on the flat mushrooms; - the control elements, in a top view, have the form of a parallelogram; - the control elements, in the frontal view, are slightly bent.
