Zestaw baterii Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw baterii stosowanych w lazienkach, a skladajacy sie z baterii umywalkowej, baterii wannowej i baterii natryskowej. Zestaw baterii przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania poszczególnych elementów w bateriach. Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i sposobie usytuowania. Zatem baterie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Wylewki baterii maja postac plaskownika, lekko wygietego w lekki luk, przy czym wylewka baterii natryskowej, na swoim górnym koncu ma zestaw otworów. Wylewka baterii maja elementy mocujace w majacy takze postaci plaskownika, który ulokowany jest na tylnej powierzchni wylewki baterii, blizej góry lub blizej dolu.Uchwyty sterujace maja postac równolegloboków, usytuowanych prostopadle do swoich podstaw, takze w ksztalcie równolegloboków. W przypadku baterii wannowej i baterii natryskowej, reczny natiysk ma postac prostopadloscianu, z zestawem otworów u góiy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia baterii umywalkowa w rzucie aksonometrycznym, fig.2 baterie wannowa w rzucie aksonometiycznym, a fig.3 baterie natryskowa w rzucie aksonometrycznym. The faucet set exhibits novelty and originality in the new design of individual faucet elements. No faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the faucets in the industrial design represent a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. The faucet spouts are in the form of a flat bar, slightly bent into a slight arc, with the shower faucet spout having a set of holes at its upper end. The faucet spout has mounting elements in the form of a flat bar, located on the rear surface of the faucet spout, closer to the top or bottom. The control handles are in the form of parallelograms, positioned perpendicular to their bases, also in the shape of parallelograms. In the case of a bathtub faucet and a shower faucet, the hand-held faucet has the form of a cuboid with a set of holes at the top. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a washbasin faucet in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 a bathtub faucet in an axonometric view, and Fig. 3 a shower faucet in an axonometric view. Essential features of the industrial design The set of faucets according to the industrial design is characterized in that: - the faucet spouts have the shape of a slightly arched flat bar, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3; - the faucet spouts have a fastening element also in the form of a flat bar, in the case of the washbasin faucet and bathtub faucet in the upper part and in the case of the shower faucet in the lower part, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3; - the spout of the shower faucet has a set of holes at its upper end as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3; - the faucet control handles are in the form of parallelograms, situated perpendicularly to their bases; - the bases of the faucet handles are in the shape of parallelograms; - the bathtub faucet and the shower faucet have a manual shower in the form of a cuboid, with a set of holes at the upper part as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
