Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bateria stosowana do umywalek i zlewozmywaków, montowana na ich górnej powierzchni. - Bateria przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania i wzajemnego polozenia elementów skladowych. Nie sa znane baterie o podobnej formie zewnetrznej i wzajemnym ich polozeniu. Zatem bateria wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi calkowicie awangardowa forme plastyczna w tej dziedzinie wzornictwa przemyslowego. Wszystkie elementy baterii maja postac plaskownika wyginanego lekkimi lukami w rózne strony. Podstawa baterii ma postac plaskownika za zaokraglonymi narozami, na którym ulokowane sa trzy postumenty, równiez w formie plaskownika. Ze srodkowego postumentu wyprowadzona jest wylewka, majaca postac plaskownika z zaznaczona linia podzialu. Wylewka jest wygieta w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym ma postac zblizona do odwróconej litery „V, za zaokraglonymi narozami.Na bocznych postumentach ulokowane sa uchwyty sterujace majace postac plaskownika, w dolnej czesci z zaznaczona po srodku linia podzialu, zas w górnej czesci podzielonego. Podzielone u górny czesci uchwytu sterujacego sa wywiniete w przeciwnych kierunkach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia baterie w widoku bocznym, fig.2 baterie w widoku czolowym, fig.3 baterie w rzucie aksonometiycznym, a fig.4 baterie w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Bateria przedstawiona na zalaczonym lysunku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - wszystkie elementy maja postac plaskownika; - elementy te wyginane sa lekkimi lukami w róznych kierunkach; - podstawa baterii ma postac plaskownika z zaokraglonymi narozami; - na podstawie ulokowane sa trzy postumenty w postaci plaskownika z zaokraglonymi narozami; - ze srodkowego postumentu wyprowadzona jest wylewka baterii, t majaca postac plaskownika z zaznaczona linia podzialu; - - wylewka wygieta jest w ten sposób, ze w widoku bocznym ma postac zblizona do litery „L", z zaokraglonymi narozami; - na bocznych postumentach bateria ma ulokowane uchwyty sterujace; - uchwytu sterujace maja postac plaskownika;- w dolnej czesci uchwytu sterujacego, po srodku, jest zaznaczona linia podzialu; - górna czesc uchwytu sterujacego jest podzielona; - podzielona, górna, czesc uchwytu sterujacego jest wywinieta w przeciwnym kierunku.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a faucet used for washbasins and sinks, mounted on their upper surface. The faucet exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape and the arrangement of its component elements. No faucets with a similar external form or arrangement are known. Therefore, the faucet, as presented in the industrial design, represents a completely avant-garde artistic form in this field of industrial design. All faucet elements are in the form of a flat bar bent in slight arcs in various directions. The base of the faucet is in the form of a flat bar with rounded corners, on which three pedestals, also in the form of flat bars, are located. A spout extends from the central pedestal, in the form of a flat bar with a marked dividing line. The spout is bent in such a way that in a side view it has the shape similar to an inverted "V", with rounded corners. On the side pedestals there are control handles in the form of a flat bar, in the lower part with a division line marked in the middle, and in the upper part divided. The divided parts of the control handle are bent in opposite directions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a side view, Fig. 2 the faucet in a front view, Fig. 3 the faucet in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 4 the faucet in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design The faucet shown in the attached drawing is characterized by the following: - all elements have the form of a flat bar; - these elements are bent with slight arcs in different directions; - the base of the faucet is in the form of a flat bar with rounded corners. corners; - on the base there are three pedestals in the form of a flat bar with rounded corners; - from the central pedestal there is a faucet spout, in the form of a flat bar with a marked division line; - - the spout is bent in such a way that in a side view it has a shape similar to the letter "L", with rounded corners; - on the side pedestals the faucet has control handles; - the control handles are in the form of a flat bar; - in the lower part of the control handle, in the middle, there is a marked division line; - the upper part of the control handle is divided; - the divided, upper part of the control handle is bent in the opposite direction.
