Lopata Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 28 pazdziernika 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku od strony mocowania trzonka, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu,fig. 4 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z boku, fig. 5 pokazano uchwyt trzonka lopaty w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 5 - przedstawiono przekrój trzonka lopaty. Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma w widoku z góry powierzchnie o ksztalcie wpisujacym sie w prostokat, przedzielona równoleglymi do siebie wypuklosciami o ksztalcie pólwalka. W srodkowej czesci tylnej scianki jest owalny otwór do zamocowania owalnego w przekroju trzonka wygietego w widoku z boku na ksztalt splaszczonej litery „S". Trzonek zakonczony jest uchwytem o ksztalcie strzemiona, którego boczne, zewnetrzne powierzchnie maja szereg równoleglych do siebie wglebien. Od strony dna lopata ma w srodkowej czesci wzdluzne pólokragle wglebienie, a w górnej czesci tylnej scianki jest pólokragle wybranie. The subject of the industrial design is a shovel designed especially for clearing snow. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a shovel, its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in Fig. 1 - the blade is shown in top view, Fig. 2 - the blade is shown from the side of the handle fixing, Fig. 3 - the blade is shown in the rear view, Fig. 4 is a side view of the blade, FIG. 5 is a front view of the blade shaft holder, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a shovel shaft. As shown in the figure, the shovel according to the pattern has, in the top view, surfaces with a rectangular shape, separated by parallel convexities in the shape of a half-round. In the central part of the rear wall there is an oval hole for attaching the oval in cross-section of the shaft bent in the side view in the shape of a flat "S" letter. The shaft ends with a stirrup-shaped grip, the side, outer surfaces of which have a series of parallel indentations.
