Lopata Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 27 pazdziernika 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z boku, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono rekojesc lopaty w widoku z tylu.Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma wyglad szufli. W widoku z góry czesc robocza lopaty ma z jednej strony, wypukla na zewnatrz pólokragla krawedz laczaca sie z cwierclukowymi zakonczeniami wygietych lukowo scianek bocznych. Z drugiej strony czesci roboczej, lopata ma cylindryczna czesc dla osadzenia rozsuwanego trzonka zaopatrzonego w obly uchwyt. Zakonczenie cylindrycznej czesci stanowia dwa cylindryczne pierscienie, a zewnetrzna strona czesci roboczej ma dwa, równolegle do siebie prostolinijne zebra i jedno srodkowe prostolinijne zebro. W obszarze roboczym lopaty, cylindryczna czesc dla osadzenia rozsuwanego trzonka przybiera ksztalt trapezu i konczy sie w poblizu wypuklej, pólokraglej krawedzi. The subject of the industrial design is a shovel, designed especially for clearing snow. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a shovel, its new aesthetic form, as well as the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the blade is shown in top view, fig. 2 - the blade is shown in the rear view, fig. 3 - the blade is shown in the side view, and in fig. 4 - shows the handle of the shovel in the rear view. As shown in the picture, the shovel has a pattern like a shovel. In the top view, the working part of the blade has, on one side, a curved outwardly semi-circular edge which connects to the quarter-key ends of the arched side walls. On the other side of the working part, the shovel has a cylindrical part for mounting an extendable shaft provided with a round handle. The cylindrical part ends with two cylindrical rings, and the outside of the working part has two parallel straight ribs and one central rectilinear rib. In the working area of the shovel, the cylindrical part for seating the sliding shaft takes the shape of a trapezoid and ends near a convex, semi-circular edge. Characteristic features of the industrial design A shovel in the shape of a shovel, characterized by the fact that, when viewed from above, its working part has, on one side, a semi-circular edge convex to the outside, connecting with the crotch-like ends of the arched side walls, and on the other side of the working part, the shovel has a cylindrical shape a part for mounting an extendable shaft equipped with a round handle, the ends of which are two cylindrical rings, and the outer side of the working part has two rectilinear ribs, parallel to each other and one central rectilinear rib, where in the working area of the shovel the cylindrical part for mounting the extending trapezoidal shape takes on and it ends near a convex, semi-circular edge as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 EN
