Lopata Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu, która ma mozliwosc zlozenia trzonka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate z rozlozonym trzonkiem w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate z rozlozonym trzonkiem w widoku od z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate ze zlozonym trzonkiem w widoku z przodu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono lopate ze zlozonym trzonkiem w widoku z tylu. Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do trapezu, którego wszystkie narozniki sa zaokraglone, a krawedz w poblizu mocowania trzonka ma ksztalt luku, przy czym jej wyoblona do wewnatrzpowierzchnia zaopatrzona jest w dwa profilowe przetloczenia, tworzace ksztalt litery „V" pomiedzy którymi jest obsada z przelotowym otworem dla mocowania skladanego trzonka zakonczonego uchwytem o ksztalcie strzemiona, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the shovel, manifested in its new aesthetic form and the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shovel with the handle unfolded from the front, Fig. 2 shows the shovel with the handle unfolded from the back, Fig. 3 shows the shovel with the handle folded from the front, and Fig. 4 shows the shovel with the handle folded from the back. As shown in the drawing, the shovel according to the pattern has a top view in the shape of a trapezoid, all corners of which are rounded, and the edge near the handle attachment is in the shape of an arc, and its inwardly rounded surface is provided with two profiled embossments, forming the shape of the letter "V", between which there is a holder with a through hole for attaching a foldable handle ending with a stirrup-shaped handle, as shown in the attached drawing. Essential features of the industrial design The shovel has a shape similar to a trapezoid in a top view, all corners of which are rounded, and the edge near the handle attachment is in the shape of an arc, and its inwardly curved surface is provided with two profiled embossments, forming the shape of the letter "V", between which there is a holder with a through hole for attaching a foldable handle ending with a stirrup-shaped handle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4.
