Lopata Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 19 pazdziernika 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate wwidoku od strony mocowania trzonka, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma w widoku z góry powierzchnie podzielona na dwa nerkowate, wglebione obszary, wyposazone po srodku w lukowe zebro, przy czym czesc chwytowa lopaty zaopatrzona jest w stozkowe gniazdo dla trzonka i pokryta jest na zewnetrznym obwodzie pierscieniowymi wystepami, natomiast druga przeciwlegla czesc lopaty ma prosta krawedz zaopatrzona w listwe o ostrzu w ksztalcie klina. Cechy charakterystyczne wzoru przemyslowego Lopata, znamienna tym, ze w widoku z góry jej powierzchnia podzielona jest na dwa nerkowate wglebione obszary, wyposazone po srodku w lukowe zebro, przy czym czesc chwytowa lopaty zaopatrzona jest w stozkowe gniazdo dla trzonka i pokryta jest na zewnetrznym obwodzie pierscieniowymi wystepami, natomiast druga przeciwlegla czesc lopaty ma prosta krawedz zaopatrzona w listwe o ostrzu w ksztalcie klina, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from: October 19, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a shovel designed specifically for snow removal. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the shovel, manifested by its new aesthetic form, as well as the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shovel from above, Fig. 2 shows the shovel from the handle attachment side, Fig. 3 shows the shovel from the back, and Fig. 4 shows the shovel from the side. As shown in the drawing, the shovel according to the pattern has a surface divided into two kidney-shaped, recessed areas in the top view, equipped with an arc-shaped rib in the middle, the grip part of the shovel being provided with a conical socket for the handle and covered with annular projections on the outer circumference, while the other opposite part of the shovel has a straight edge provided with a wedge-shaped blade. Characteristic features of the industrial design A shovel, characterized in that in a top view its surface is divided into two kidney-shaped recessed areas, provided in the middle with an arc-shaped rib, wherein the gripping part of the shovel is provided with a conical socket for the handle and is covered on the outer circumference with annular projections, while the other opposite part of the shovel has a straight edge provided with a strip with a wedge-shaped blade, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
