Slizg Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 21 pazdziernika 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slizg przeznaczony dla dzieci do slizgania sie po sniegu i lodzie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac slizgu, przejawiajaca sie jego nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu jego charakterystycznych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono slizg w widoku z góry od strony siedziska, fig. 2 - przedstawiono slizg w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - przedstawiono slizg w widoku z boku.Jak pokazano na rysunku slizg wedlug wzoru ma postac monolitycznej, cienkosciennej tworzywowej wytloczki. W widoku z góry slizg ma ksztalt zblizony wygladem do muszelki, gdzie jego wglebiona czesc siedziskowa zaopatrzona jest w tylnej czesci w wygiete lukowo na zewnatrz oparcie, a caly obszar dna zaopatrzony jest w lukowe wglebienia, które od zewnetrznej strony dna maja postac lukowych wystepów. W polowie dlugosci slizgu w jego skrajnych szerokosciowych obszarach sa dwa, zblizone do owalu otwory chwytowe, przy czym rant slizgu ma postac wygietej lukowo na zewnatrz powierzchni. The subject of the industrial design is a slide designed for children to slide on snow and ice. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the slide, manifested by its new aesthetic form, as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of its characteristic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the slide from the top view of the seat, Fig. 2 shows the slide from the front view, and Fig. 3 shows the slide from the side view. As shown in the drawing, the slide, according to the design, is a monolithic, thin-walled plastic extrusion. From above, the slide has a shell-like shape, with its recessed seat section featuring an outwardly curved backrest at the rear, and the entire bottom area featuring arc-shaped recesses that appear as arc-shaped protrusions on the outside of the bottom. Halfway along the slide's length, at its widest extremes, are two roughly oval grip holes, with the edge of the slide having the appearance of an outwardly curved surface. Characteristic features of the industrial design A slide in the form of a monolithic, thin-walled plastic extrusion, characterized in that in a top view it has a shape similar to a shell, where its recessed seat part is provided in the rear part with a backrest bent in an outward arc, and the entire bottom area is provided with arc-shaped recesses, which on the outer side of the bottom have the form of arc-shaped projections, and it has two, almost oval gripping holes placed in the middle of the slide length in its extreme width areas, wherein the edge of the slide has the form of a surface bent in an outward arc, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
