Lopata Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 30 pazdziernika 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z boku, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono rekojesc lopaty w widoku z przodu.Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma wyglad szufli. W widoku z góry jej czesc robocza ma ksztalt trapezu o zaokraglonych naroznikach i ma srodkowej czesci wypuklosc o ksztalcie stozka scietego, który po obu stronach ma trójkatne wzmocnienia ulozone na ksztalt choinki. W widoku z boku lopata ma ksztalt kadluba lódki, a w cylindrycznym otworze stozka scietego mocowany jest cylindryczny trzonek zakonczony uchwytem o ksztalcie strzemiona. The subject of the industrial design is a shovel designed especially for clearing snow. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a shovel, its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the blade is shown in top view, fig. 2 - the blade is shown in the rear view, fig. 3 - the blade is shown in the side view, and in fig. 4 - shows the handle of the shovel in front view. As shown in the illustration, the shovel has the design of a shovel by a pattern. In the top view, its working part has the shape of a trapezoid with rounded corners and has a central part of a convex in the shape of a truncated cone, which on both sides has triangular reinforcements arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree. In the side view, the shovel has the shape of a ice hull, and in the cylindrical opening of the truncated cone there is a cylindrical handle terminated with a stirrup-shaped handle.
