Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z boku, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono rekojesc lopaty w widoku z przodu.Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma wyglad szufli. W widoku z góry jej czesc robocza ma ksztalt trapezu o zaokraglonych naroznikach i ma srodkowej czesci wypuklosc o ksztalcie stozka scietego, który po obu stronach ma trójkatne wzmocnienia ulozone na ksztalt choinki. W widoku z boku lopata ma ksztalt kadluba lódki, a w cylindrycznym otworze stozka scietego mocowany jest cylindryczny trzonek zakonczony uchwytem o ksztalcie strzemiona. The subject of the industrial design is a shovel designed specifically for snow removal. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the shovel, manifested by its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the shovel from above, Fig. 2 shows the shovel from the back, Fig. 3 shows the shovel from the side, and Fig. 4 shows the shovel handle from the front. As shown in the drawing, the shovel according to the design has the appearance of a shovel. From above, its working section is trapezoidal with rounded corners and has a central convexity in the shape of a truncated cone, which has triangular reinforcements on both sides arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree. From the side, the shovel has the shape of a boat hull, and a cylindrical shaft with a stirrup-shaped handle is mounted in the cylindrical opening of the truncated cone. Characteristic features of the industrial design A shovel with the appearance of a shovel, characterized in that in a top view its working part has the shape of a trapezoid with rounded corners and has a central protrusion in the shape of a truncated cone, which has triangular reinforcements arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree on both sides, whereas in a side view the shovel has the shape of a boat hull, and in the cylindrical hole of the truncated cone there is mounted a cylindrical shaft ending with a stirrup-shaped handle, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
