Lopata Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 30 pazdziernika 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lopata przeznaczona zwlaszcza do odgarniania sniegu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac lopaty, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono lopate w widoku z boku, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono rekojesc lopaty w widoku z przodu.Jak pokazano na rysunku lopata wedlug wzoru ma wyglad szufli. W widoku od spodu jej czesc robocza ma wszystkie zaokraglone narozniki i dwa umieszczone po bokach, równolegle do siebie prostolinijne zebra oraz jedno srodkowe prostolinijne zebro wzmacniajace wrzecionowata czesc srodkowa, uzebrowana dodatkowo poprzecznymi zebrami. Robocza krawedz lopaty zaopatrzona jest w prostolinijne ostrze o przekroju w ksztalcie litery „V, a zakonczenie wrzecionowatej czesci ma cylindryczny otwór dla osadzenia cylindrycznego trzonka zakonczonego uchwytem o ksztalcie strzemiona. Pelnnmnnnik PLShovel The right to register an industrial design has been in force since: October 30, 2004. The subject of the industrial design is a shovel designed especially for clearing snow. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a shovel, its new aesthetic form, as well as the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the blade is shown in top view, fig. 2 - the blade is shown in the rear view, fig. 3 - the blade is shown in the side view, and in fig. 4 - shows the handle of the shovel in front view. As shown in the illustration, the shovel has the design of a shovel by a pattern. In the view from below, its working part has all rounded corners and two rectilinear ribs placed on the sides, parallel to each other, and one central rectilinear rib reinforcing the spindle-shaped central part, additionally ribbed with transverse ribs. The working edge of the shovel is provided with a rectilinear V-shaped blade, and the end of the spindle-shaped part has a cylindrical opening for mounting a cylindrical shaft terminated with a stirrup-shaped handle.
