Uchwyt Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt przeznaczony do narzedzi recznych, zwlaszcza lopat. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie jego nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono górna czesc uchwytu w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono dolna czesc uchwytu w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the handle, manifested by its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the upper part of the handle in an axonometric top view, and Fig. 2 shows the lower part of the handle in an axonometric top view. As shown in the drawing, the stirrup-shaped handle has a cylindrical gripping part with a round, through hole, the surface of which in its inner area is provided with three projections, wherein the gripping part connects on both sides of its end with a round handle for the handle.
