Palisada Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 02.1 \ . 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest palisada. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac palisady, przejawiajaca sie nowa estetyczna forma jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych jej elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono piecioelementowa palisade w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono piecioelementowa palisade w widoku z boku od strony zebra, fig. 3 -przedstawiono piecioelementowa palisade w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przedstawiono trzyelementowa odmiane palisady w widoku od czola, fig. 5 - przedstawiono trzyelementowa odmiane palisady w widoku z boku od strony zebra, fig. 3 - przedstawiono trzyelementowa odmiane palisady w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku piecioelementowa palisada wedlug wzoru zaopatrzona jest w piec elementów o ksztalcie zaostrzonych z jednej strony wydrazonych cylindrów zaopatrzonych od góry w okragle denka usytuowane wzdluz jednej linii prostej. Poszczególne elementy palisady polaczone sa ze soba w jednej plaszczyznie waskimi prostokatnymi zebrami. Wysokosc trzech srodkowych elementów palisady jest wieksza od wysokosci dwóch skrajnych elementów palisady, z których jeden skrajny zaopatrzony jest na swej zewnetrznej powierzchni, wzdluz osi symetrii w zebro w ksztalcie litery „T". Trzyelementowa palisada wedlug odmiany wzoru zlozona jest z trzech elementów o ksztalcie zaostrzonych z jednej strony wydrazonych cylindrów zaopatrzonych od góry w okragle denka usytuowane wzdluz jednej linii prostej. The subject of the industrial design is a palisade. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of palisade, manifesting itself in a new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of its individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a five-element palisade in a frontal view, Fig. 2 shows a five-element palisade in a side view from the rib side, Fig. 3 shows a five-element palisade in a top view, Fig. 4 shows a three-element palisade variant in a frontal view, Fig. 5 shows a three-element palisade variant in a side view from the rib side, Fig. 3 shows a three-element palisade variant in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the five-element palisade pattern is composed of five elements shaped like hollow cylinders, sharpened on one side, with round bottoms at the top, arranged along a straight line. The individual palisade elements are connected in a single plane by narrow rectangular ribs. The height of the three central palisade elements is greater than the height of the two outermost palisade elements, one of which is equipped with a T-shaped rib on its outer surface, along the axis of symmetry. The three-element palisade pattern is composed of three elements shaped like hollow cylinders, sharpened on one side, with round bottoms at the top, arranged along a straight line. The individual palisade elements are connected in a single plane by narrow rectangular ribs. The height of the central element of the palisade is greater than the height of the two extreme elements of the palisade, one of which is provided on its external surface, along the axis of symmetry, with a rib in the shape of the letter "T". Characteristic features of the industrial design 1. A palisade, characterized in that it is composed of five elements in the shape of hollow cylinders, sharpened on one side, provided at the top with round bottoms situated along one straight line, where the individual elements are connected to each other in one plane by narrow rectangular ribs and where the height of the three central elements of the palisade is greater than the height of the two extreme elements of the palisade, one of which is provided on its external surface, along the axis of symmetry, with a rib in the shape of the letter "T", as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3. 2.
