Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i ozdobnikach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - odmiane tego uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1 w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 2 w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 3 ma ksztalt monolitycznej bryly utworzonej z odwróconego stozka scietego o lekko wypuklej podstawie, majacego na swej tworzacej obwodowe analogiczne wyjecia imitujace powierzchnie schodkowa oraz z elementu tulejowego, stanowiacego przedluzenie scietej powierzchni stozka, zaopatrzonego wewnatrz w tulejke koncentrycznie usytuowana w tym elemencie. Odmiana uchwytu meblowego pokazana na fig. 2 i 4 ma ksztalt identyczny jak uchwyt pokazany na fig. 1 i 3, a ponadto na lekko wypuklej podstawie stozka scietego posiada szesnascie wglebien kulistych rozmieszczonych symetrycznie wzgledem siebie na tej powierzchni. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na fig. 1-4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt monolitycznej bryly utworzonej z odwróconego stozka scietego o lekko wypuklej podstawie, majacego na swej tworzacej obwodowe analogiczne wyjecia imitujace powierzchnie schodkowa oraz z elementu tulejowego, stanowiacego przedluzenie scietej powierzchni stozka, zaopatrzonego wewnatrz w tulejke koncentrycznie usytuowana w tym elemencie, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i 3; - na lekko wypuklej podstawie stozka scietego posiada wglebienia kuliste rozmieszczone symetrycznie wzgledem siebie na tej powierzchni, jak pokazano na iysunku fig. 2 i 4. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the furniture handle, Fig. 2 a perspective view of a variant of this handle, Fig. 3 a bottom view of the furniture handle shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 a bottom view of the furniture handle shown in Fig. 2. The furniture handle shown in Figs. 1 and 3 has the shape of a monolithic solid composed of an inverted truncated cone with a slightly convex base, having on its circumferential form analogous recesses imitating a stepped surface, and a sleeve element constituting an extension of the truncated surface of the cone, provided inside with a sleeve concentrically positioned within this element. The version of the furniture handle shown in Figs. 2 and 4 has a shape identical to the handle shown in Figs. 1 and 3, and additionally, on the slightly convex base of the truncated cone, it has sixteen spherical recesses arranged symmetrically with respect to each other on this surface. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in figures 1-4 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a monolithic solid made of an inverted truncated cone with a slightly convex base, having on its circumferential form analogous recesses imitating a stepped surface, and a sleeve element constituting an extension of the truncated surface of the cone, provided inside with a sleeve concentrically located in this element, as shown in figures 1 and 3; - on the slightly convex base of the truncated cone it has spherical recesses arranged symmetrically with respect to each other on this surface, as shown in figures 2 and 4.
