Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kostka brukowa sluzaca do ukladania nawierzchni sciezek, chodników i róznego rodzaju placów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kostki brukowej, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono kostke brukowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, a na fig. 2 – przedstawiono kostke brukowa w widoku aksonometrycznym z tylu. Jak pokazano na rysunku kostka brukowa ma cienkoscienny korpus zlozony z trzech graniastoslupów o podstawie szesciokata foremnego, polaczonych nierozlacznie ze soba dwoma sasiednimi bokami, przy czym krawedzie zewnetrzne graniastoslupów sa zaokraglone. Od zewnetrznej strony czolowa powierzchnia trzech graniastoslupów zaopatrzona jest w siedem okraglych otworów, z których szesc znajduje sie w poblizu narozników szesciokata foremnego, a jeden w jego srodku, natomiast wewnetrzna czesc graniastoslupów. Zaopatrzona jest w krzyzujace sie ze soba pod katem prostym zebra. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kostka brukowa ma cienkoscienny korpus zlozony z trzech graniastoslupów o podstawie szesciokata foremnego, polaczonych nierozlacznie ze soba dwoma sasiednimi bokami, przy czym w poblizu narozników szesciokata foremnego, a jeden w jego srodku, natomiast wewnetrzna czesc graniastoslupów zaopatrzona jest w krzyzujace sie ze soba pod katem prostym zebra, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2.PL 21522 3 Ilustracja wzoru Fig. 1 Fig. 2PL 21522 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a paving stone used for paving paths, sidewalks, and various types of squares. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of paving stone, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the paving stone in an axonometric front view, and Fig. 2 shows the paving stone in an axonometric back view. As shown in the drawing, the paving stone has a thin-walled body composed of three prisms with a regular hexagonal base, inextricably connected by two adjacent sides, with the outer edges of the prisms being rounded. On the outer side, the frontal surface of the three prisms is provided with seven circular holes, six of which are located near the corners of the regular hexagon and one in its center, while the inner part of the prisms is provided with ribs intersecting at right angles.
