Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac szyldu meblowego przejawiajaca sie w jego indywidualnym charakterze nadanym mu przez nowe kontury i ksztalty, co wplywa na oryginalny wyglad i podnosi jego walory estetyczne. The subject of the industrial design is a furniture sign intended for use with a key and door handle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture sign, manifested in its individual character, given to it by new contours and shapes, which contributes to its original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The sign in all variants has the form of a fragment of a solid, symmetrical about the longer axis. It is formed by walls i vertical to the base, diagonal walls g bent at an angle of 45 degrees, and an arc-shaped upper wall 3 connecting them. At the top and bottom of the signboard it has vertical walls 4. The sign in the first variant has five holes situated on the vertical axis of the upper wall 2. In the upper part, there is a round hole, and below it, a keyhole 6, constituting a combination of a round and an oval hole. Furthermore, on the inner side, near both ends of the escutcheon and below the round hole 5, there are three protrusions 7 in the form of sleeves with through holes 8. The second version of the escutcheon has two holes located on the vertical axis of the top wall 3. In the upper part, there is a round hole 5, and below it, a keyhole 6, constituting a combination of a round and an oval hole. Furthermore, on the inner side, near both ends of the escutcheon and below the round hole 5, there are three protrusions § in the form of sleeves with blind holes. The third version of the escutcheon has three holes located on the vertical axis of the top wall 3. Below the transverse axis, it has a keyhole §, constituting a combination of a round and an oval hole. Furthermore, on the inner side, near both ends of the escutcheon, are two protrusions Z in the form of sleeves with through holes &. The fourth variant of the escutcheon, on the vertical axis of the top wall 3, has a keyhole §, constituting a combination of a round and an oval hole, below the transverse axis. Furthermore, on the inner side, near both ends of the escutcheon, are two protrusions 3 in the form of sleeves with blind holes 10. The essential features of the industrial design that give it its individual character consist in the fact that the escutcheon in all variants takes the form of a fragment of a solid, symmetrical about the longer axis. It is formed by diagonal walls 2, bent at a 45-degree angle to the base, and a curved upper wall 3 connecting them. The sign has vertical walls 4 at the top and bottom. The first variant of the sign has five holes located on the vertical axis of the upper wall 3. In the upper part, there is a round hole 5, and below it is a keyhole 6, which is a combination of a round and an oval hole. Furthermore, on the inner side, near both ends of the sign and the lower round hole 5, there are three protrusions 7 in the form of sleeves with through holes 8, as shown in Figs. 2.1-2.4. The third variant of the escutcheon has three holes located on the vertical axis of the top wall 3. Below the transverse axis, it has a keyhole 6, which is a combination of a round and an oval hole. Furthermore, on the inner side, near both ends of the escutcheon, there are two protrusions 7 in the form of sleeves with through holes 8, as shown in Figs. 4.1-4.4. The fourth variant of the escutcheon has a keyhole 6 located on the vertical axis of the top wall 3, below the transverse axis, which is a combination of a round and an oval hole.
