The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and in the ornamental mosaic upper surface of its gripping part with a rectangular outlet in its central part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view, Fig. 5 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 6 - the same handle in a vertical cross-section along the line B-B in Fig. 5. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic body made of a foot with a shape similar to a flattened and elongated perpendicular wall with its rounded shorter side walls and a plate-shaped gripping part covering this foot, which in a top view has the shape of a rectangle with a length of slightly greater than three times its width, wherein this foot is situated in the axis of symmetry of that gripping part on the surface and inside the foot there is a non-through outlet which, in a top view, has a rectangular shape, and the side walls of this handle protrude slightly beyond the side walls of its foot. In addition, on the upper rectangular surface of the gripping part of this handle, around the rectangular outlet, there are shallow channels arranged longitudinally and transversely and intersecting each other, which in a top view create a shape resembling a square-meshed grid, wherein the square surfaces thus created are arranged with respect to each other obliquely in an irregular manner, creating a set of mosaic decorative elements on this surface. In turn, the lower surface of the foot is surrounded by a slightly outward protruding ribbed element with a rectangular profile and rounded shorter side walls, constituting an extension of its side walls, and near the bottom of the rounded side walls it has one threaded mounting hole. Essential features of an industrial design A two-point furniture handle made of metal or plastic is characterised in that: - it constitutes a monolithic body made of a foot with a shape similar to a flattened and elongated perpendicular wall with its shorter side walls rounded and a plate-shaped gripping part covering this foot, having the shape of a rectangle in a top view and a length slightly greater than three times its width, wherein this foot is situated in the axis of symmetry of this gripping part, on the surface of which and inside the foot there is a non-through outlet, having a rectangular shape in a top view, and the side walls of this handle protrude slightly beyond the side walls of its foot; - on the upper rectangular surface of the gripping part of this handle around the rectangular outlet there are made shallow channels arranged longitudinally and transversely and intersecting each other, which in a top view create a shape resembling a grid with square meshes, the square surfaces thus created being situated obliquely with respect to each other in an irregular manner, creating a set of mosaic decorative elements on this surface; - the lower surface of the foot is surrounded by a slightly outward protruding ribbed element with a rectangular profile and its shorter side walls rounded, constituting an extension of its side walls, and near the rounded side walls it has one threaded mounting hole.PL 16945 3 Pattern illustrationPL 16945 4 Publishing Department of the Polish Patent Office PL
