Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów skladowych nadanych im przez cechy linii i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych materialach ilustracyjnych oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu jego sciany przedniej, górnej i bocznej, fig.2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym jego czesci chwytowej wzdluz linii A-A , fig.4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig.5 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig.6 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1-6 stanowia dwie stopki w kolorze srebrnym oraz zamocowana w nich czesc chwytowa w kolorze drewnopodobnym tak, ze jej oba konce wystaja na zewnatrz tych stopek na dlugosci stanowiacej okolo 1/7 calkowitej jej dlugosci. Stopki tego uchwytu meblowego maja ksztalt bryl prostopadlosciennych o przekroju poprzecznym kwadratowym, które na ich górnej powierzchni maja wykonane podluznie usytuowane kanalki o szerokosci i glebokosci równej szerokosci i wysokosci osadzonej w nich czesci chwytowej, natomiast podstawy stopek maja wydrazenia kwadratowe, w których znajduje sie montazowy element tulejkowy, usytuowany przy jednej ze scianek wewnetrznych tych wydrazen. Poza tym przednie i tylne sciany tych stopek maja wykonane identyczne plytkie wyjecia prostokatne, usytuowane naprzeciw siebie, których dolne krótsze boki leza w plaszczyznach ich podstaw. Z kolei czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu w kolorze drewnopodobnym osadzona w górnych wyjeciach stopek w kolorze srebrnym ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonej byly prostopadlosciennej, majacej w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do kwadratowego, której sciany przednia i tylna maja nieznaczne lukowe wklesniecia, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.3, natomiast do obu czól tej czesci przylegaja cienkie plytki kwadratowe w kolorze srebrnym o tych samych wymiarach, przy czym górna powierzchnia czesci chwytowej usytuowana jest w plaszczyznach górnych powierzchni obu stopek uchwytu meblowego.2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, posiadajacy dwie stopki polaczone ze soba czescia chwytowa, pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym i rysunku fig. 1-6 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowia go dwie stopki w kolorze srebrnym oraz zamocowana w nich czesc chwytowa w kolorze drewnopodobnym tak, ze jej oba konce wystaja na zewnatrz tych stopek na dlugosci stanowiacej okolo 1/7 calkowitej jej dlugosci - stopki tego uchwytu meblowego maja ksztalt bryl prostopadlosciennych o przekroju poprzecznym kwadratowym, które na ich górnej powierzchni maja wykonane podluznie usytuowane kanalki o szerokosci i glebokosci równej szerokosci i wysokosci osadzonej w nich czesci chwytowej, natomiast podstawy stopek maja wydrazenia kwadratowe, w których znajduje sie montazowy element tulejkowy, usytuowany przy jednej ze scianek wewnetrznych tych wydrazen - przednie i tylne sciany tych stopek maja wykonane identyczne plytkie wyjecia prostokatne, usytuowane naprzeciw siebie, których dolne krótsze boki leza w plaszczyznach ich podstaw - czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu w kolorze drewnopodobnym osadzona w górnych wyjeciach stopek w kolorze srebrnym ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonej byly prostopadlosciennej, majacej w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do kwadratowego, której sciany przednia i tylna maja nieznaczne lukowe wklesniecia, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.3, natomiast do obu czól tej czesci przylegaja cienkie plytki kwadratowe w kolorze srebrnym o tych samych wymiarach, przy czym górna powierzchnia czesci chwytowej usytuowana jest w plaszczyznach górnych powierzchni obu stopek uchwytu meblowego. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the shape and color of its components, given to them by the characteristics of lines and contours. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative materials and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view of its front, top, and side walls; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a cross-section of its gripping portion along line A-A; Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a side view; Fig. 5 shows the same handle in a top view; and Fig. 6 shows the same handle in a bottom view. The two-point furniture handle shown in the illustration and in Figures 1-6 consists of two silver feet and a wood-like gripping element mounted within them, with both ends extending outward by approximately 1/7 of their total length. The feet of this furniture handle are rectangular solids with a square cross-section, which have longitudinally arranged channels on their upper surface, the width and depth of which are equal to the width and height of the gripping element embedded within them. The foot bases have square recesses containing a mounting sleeve element located at one of the inner walls of these recesses. In addition, the front and rear walls of these feet have identical shallow rectangular openings, situated opposite each other, the lower shorter sides of which lie in the planes of their bases. In turn, the gripping part of this handle in a wood-like color, embedded in the upper recesses of the silver feet, has a shape similar to an elongated cuboid, having a cross-section similar to a square, the front and rear walls of which have slight arc-shaped concavities, as shown in Fig. 3, while thin square silver plates of the same dimensions are attached to both faces of this part, the upper surface of the gripping part being situated in the planes of the upper surfaces of both feet of the furniture handle.2 Essential features of the industrial design A two-point furniture handle, having two feet connected by a gripping part, shown in the attached illustration material and drawing Fig. 1-6, is characterized in that: - it consists of two silver feet and a gripping part in a wood-like color attached to them so that both of its the ends protrude outside these feet for a length of approximately 1/7 of its total length - the feet of this furniture handle have the shape of cuboids with a square cross-section, which on their upper surface have longitudinally arranged channels with a width and depth equal to the width and height of the gripping part embedded in them, while the bases of the feet have square recesses in which there is a mounting sleeve element located at one of the inner walls of these recesses - the front and rear walls of these feet have identical shallow rectangular openings, located opposite each other, the lower shorter sides of which lie in the planes of their bases - the gripping part of this handle in a wood-like color, embedded in the upper openings of the silver feet, has a shape similar to an elongated former cuboidal, with a cross-sectional shape close to square, the front and rear walls of which have slight arc-shaped concavities, as shown in Fig. 3, while thin silver square plates of the same dimensions adhere to both faces of this part, with the upper surface of the gripping part being located in the planes of the upper surfaces of both feet of the furniture handle.
