Uchwyt meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów skladowych nadanych mu przez cechy linii i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych materialach ilustracyjnych oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego dwupunktowego w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu z przodu i jednego z jego boków,fig.2- ten sam uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu z boku i z góry, fig.3- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig.4- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig.5- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 6- ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig.7- druga odmiane dwupunktowego uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu bocznym i z góry, fig.8 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A-A, fig.9- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 10- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, fig. 11- ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, a fig. 12- ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego dwupunktowego pokazana na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-6 stanowia dwie stopki profilowe w kolorze srebrnym, polaczone ze soba rozlacznie z czescia chwytowa w kolorze jasno-drewnopodobnym. Srebrne stopki tego uchwytu wykonane sa w ksztalcie splaszczonej scietej u góry bryly prostopadlosciennej majacej w widoku z boku profil piecioboku utworzonego z dolnego poziomego boku, którego konce polaczone sa z prostopadle usytuowanymi do niego dwoma bokami o zróznicowanych ich wysokosciach, których górne konce polaczone sa ze skosnie usytuowanymi do wnetrza bokami o zróznicowanych dlugosciach stykajacymi sie ze soba u góry tak, ze tworza pomiedzy soba kat ostry, a w widoku z góry tworza one ostre krawedzie tej bryly, która z kolei w widoku od spodu ma ksztalt prostokata zaopatrzonego w montazowy otwór kolowy usytuowany w polowie jego2 dlugosci. Z kolei czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu meblowego stanowi bryla o profilu zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu, przy czym przednia szersza jego sciana ma szerokosc stanowiaca okolo trzykrotnej jej grubosci. Poza tym, przednia szersza sciana usytuowana jest skosnie pomiedzy przylegajacymi do jej czolowych scian stopkami tak, ze jest ona usytuowana równolegle do przednich dluzszych skosnych scian obu stopek , a górna krawedz czesci chwytowej lezy w jednej plaszczyznie z górnymi ostrymi krawedziami stopek, utworzonymi przez ich obie skosne sciany - przednia dluzsza i tylna krótsza. Druga odmiane uchwytu meblowego dwupunktowego pokazana na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym i rysunku fig. 7-12 stanowia równiez dwie stopki profilowe w kolorze srebrnym, polaczone ze soba rozlacznie z czescia chwytowa równiez w kolorze srebrnym. Zarówno stopki jak i czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu meblowego maja ksztalty zewnetrzne i ich usytuowanie podobne jak stopki i czesc chwytowa uchwytu meblowego stanowiacego pierwsza odmiane tego uchwytu, pokazana na fig. 1-6. Róznica dotyczy tylko kolorystyki tych uchwytów oraz tego, ze czesc chwytowa uchwytu meblowego wedlug drugiej odmiany ma szerokosc przedniej sciany stanowiaca okolo dwukrotna jej grubosc, a ponadto scina ta ma wglebienie lukowe jak pokazano na fig. 8. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of its component elements, given to it by the characteristics of lines and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which fig. 1 shows the first variant of a two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, taken from the front and one of its sides, fig. 2 - the same handle in a perspective view, taken from the side and from above, fig. 3 - the same handle in a front view, fig. 4 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 5 - the same handle in a top view, fig. 6 - the same handle in a bottom view, fig. 7 - the second variant of a two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, taken from the side and from above, fig. 8 - the same handle in a cross-section along the line A-A, fig. 9 - the same handle in a front view, fig. 10 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 11 - the same handle in a top view, and fig. 12 - the same handle in a bottom view. The first variant of the two-point furniture handle shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 1-6, consists of two silver profile feet, detachably connected to each other with a grip part in a light wood-like color. The silver feet of this handle are made in the shape of a flattened, truncated cuboid. From a side view, the profile of a pentagon is formed by a lower horizontal side, the ends of which are connected to two perpendicular sides of varying heights. The upper ends of which are connected to diagonally arranged sides of varying lengths, meeting at the top so as to form an acute angle. From a top view, these form the sharp edges of this shape. From a bottom view, the shape is a rectangle with a circular mounting hole located halfway along its length. The gripping portion of this furniture handle is a shape with a profile similar to a flattened cuboid, with the wider front wall having a width approximately three times its thickness. Furthermore, the wider front wall is positioned diagonally between the feet adjacent to its front walls, so that it is parallel to the longer front slanted walls of both feet, and the upper edge of the gripping portion is flush with the upper sharp edges of the feet, formed by their two slanted walls – the longer front and the shorter rear. The second variant of the two-point furniture handle, shown in the attached illustration and drawing Fig. 7-12, also consists of two silver profile feet, detachably connected to the silver gripping portion. Both the feet and the gripping part of this furniture handle have external shapes and their location similar to the feet and the gripping part of the furniture handle constituting the first variety of this handle, shown in Fig. 1-6. The difference concerns only the color of these handles and the fact that the gripping part of the furniture handle according to the second variant has a front wall width that is approximately twice its thickness, and moreover, this wall has an arc-shaped recess as shown in Fig. 8. Essential features of the industrial design A two-point furniture handle, having two feet connected detachably with each other by the gripping part, shown in the attached illustration material and drawing Fig. 1-12 is characterized by the following: - it consists of two profile feet in silver color, connected detachably with each other by the gripping part in a light wood-like color, wherein the silver feet of this handle are made in the shape of a flattened cuboidal solid truncated at the top, having in a side view a pentagonal profile formed from the lower horizontal side, the ends of which are connected to two sides situated perpendicularly to it with their different heights, the upper ends of which are connected to obliquely situated sides of different lengths, which are in contact with each other at the top so that they form an acute angle between them, and in a top view they form sharp edges of this solid, which in turn in a bottom view has the shape of a rectangle, provided with a circular mounting hole situated in the middle of its length, while the gripping part of this furniture handle is a solid with a profile close to a flattened cuboid, wherein this wall has a width of approximately three times its thickness, and in addition the front wider wall is situated obliquely between the feet adjoining its front walls so that it is situated parallel to the front longer oblique walls of both feet, and the upper edge of the gripping part lies in one in a plane with the upper sharp edges of the feet, formed by their two oblique walls - the front longer and the rear shorter, as shown in the illustration material fig. 1 -6;3 - it consists of two silver profile feet connected together detachably with a grip part also in silver, wherein the grip part of this handle has the width of the front and rear wall being approximately twice its thickness, and moreover this wall has an arc-shaped recess as shown in the illustration material and drawing fig. 7-12.- 1 - Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6- 2 - Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 Fig. 10 Fig. 1 1 Fig. 12 Fig. 1 Fig. 7 PL
