Uchwyt Meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu lub z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz w ornamentowej mozaikowej górnej powierzchni jego czesci chwytowej. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the ornamental mosaic upper surface of its gripping portion. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 the same handle in a side view, Fig. 4 the same handle in a top view, and Fig. 5 the same handle in a bottom view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic body, having a side view in the shape similar to the letter "T", wherein the upper horizontally arranged plate-like gripping part of this handle, having a rectangular shape in the top view with a length of approximately twice its width, rests on a narrow rectangular foot, situated in the axis of symmetry of its gripping part, the side narrower walls of which protrude slightly beyond both side narrower walls of this foot. In addition, the upper rectangular surface of the gripping part of this handle has shallow channels arranged longitudinally and transversely and intersecting each other, which in the top view create a shape resembling a square mesh grid, wherein the square surfaces thus formed are situated in an irregular oblique manner with respect to each other, creating a set of mosaic decorative elements on this surface. In turn, the lower surface of the foot of the handle in the middle part has an opening with a profile close to a rectangle with concave shorter sides, and near its ends it has one threaded mounting hole.2 Essential features of the industrial design A two-point furniture handle made of metal or plastic is characterized in that: - it constitutes a monolithic body, having a shape similar to the letter "T" in a side view, wherein the upper horizontally situated plate-like gripping part of this handle, having a rectangular shape in a top view with a length of approximately twice its width, rests on a narrow cuboid foot of it, situated in the axis of symmetry of its gripping part, the narrower side walls of which protrude slightly beyond both narrower side walls of this foot; - the upper rectangular surface of the gripping part of this handle has shallow channels arranged longitudinally and transversely and intersecting each other, which, when viewed from above, create a shape resembling a square mesh, wherein the square surfaces thus created are arranged diagonally with respect to each other in an irregular manner, creating a set of mosaic decorative elements on this surface; - the lower surface of the foot of the handle in the middle part has an opening with a profile close to a rectangular one with concave shorter sides, and near its ends it has one threaded mounting hole.
