Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 17 wrzesnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna wykonana z metalu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa oryginalna postac kratki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie otworów siatki, nadajaca jej oryginalny wyglad i umozliwiajaca jej wielokrotne odtwarzanie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna z plyta czolowa prostokatna o gladkiej powierzchni, bez kieszeni mocujacej, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia kratke z plyta czolowakwadratowa o gladkiej powierzchni, bez kieszeni mocujacej, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - fotografie odmiany siatki stosowanej w kratkach z fig, 1 - 2, a fig. 4 - fotografie drugiej odmiany siatki stosowanej w kratkach z fig. 1 - 2, zas fig. 5 i fig. 6 przedstawiaja fotografie kratek z fig. li fig 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego I. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej o powierzchni gladkiej oraz siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze plyta czolowa kratki ma ksztalt prostokata lub kwadratu 0 zaokraglonych krawedziach i jest polaczona w sposób nierozlaczny z bokami mocujacymi, posiadajacymi po jednym wypuscie na przeciwleglych bokach, przy czym do wewnetrznej powierzchni plyty czolowej kratki, po stronie obu dluzszych boków plyty prostokatnej 1 boków mocujacych nie posiadajacych wypustów, a takze po stronie dwóch boków naprzeciwleglych plyty kwadratowej i boków mocujacych bez wypustów, przymocowane sa po dwa zatrzaski z plaskownika wyprofilowanego w ten sposób, ze w widoku z boku element zatrzasku znajdujacy sie przy plycie czolowej kratki jest do niej równolegly, po czym zalamuje sie pod katem ostrym, nastepnie zalamuje sie dwukrotnie, tworzac na koncu figure zblizona ksztaltem do litery V, zas siatka wykonana jest z krepowanego drutu 0 otworach w ksztalcie czworokata, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 - fig. 2 oraz fig.5 i fig. 6. III. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, wedlug fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fig. 5 i fig. 6, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej o powierzchni gladkiej i siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siatka wykonana jest z metalu i ma otwory w fantazyjnym ksztalcie wpisanym w czworokat, przy czym otwory te utworzone sa z czterech laczacych sie ze soba luków, a miejsca styku tych luków tworza z bokami kratki katy równe 45°, jak pokazano na fotografii - fig. 4. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a fireplace ventilation grille with a rectangular front plate with a smooth surface, without a mounting pocket, in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows a grille with a square front plate with a smooth surface, without a mounting pocket, in a perspective view, fig. 3 - photographs of a variant of the mesh used in the grilles from figs. 1 - 2, and fig. 4 - photographs of the second variant of the mesh used in the grilles from figs. 1 - 2, while fig. 5 and fig. 6 show photographs of the grilles from figs. 1 and fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design I. A fireplace ventilation grille, consisting of a front plate with a smooth surface and a mesh, is characterized in that the front plate of the grille has a rectangular or square shape with rounded edges and is inseparably connected to fastening sides having one projection on each of the opposite sides, wherein to the inner surface of the front plate of the grid, on the side of both longer sides of the rectangular plate 1 - fastening sides without projections, as well as on the side of the two opposite sides of the square plate and fastening sides without projections, two flat bar latches are fastened, profiled in such a way that in a side view the latch element located at the front plate of the grid is parallel to it, after which it bends at an acute angle, then bends twice, finally forming a figure similar to the letter V, and the grid is made of creped wire with quadrangular holes, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 - Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. II. The fireplace ventilation grille, according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, consisting of a front plate with a smooth surface and a mesh, is characterized in that the mesh is made of metal and has holes in the shape of quadrangles, the external angles of these figures being directed towards the sides of the grille, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 3. III. The fireplace ventilation grille, according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, consisting of a front plate with a smooth surface and a mesh, is characterized in that the mesh is made of metal and has openings in a fanciful shape inscribed in a quadrangle, wherein these openings are made of four interconnecting arcs, and the places of contact of these arcs with the sides of the grille form angles equal to 45°, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 4.
