Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 17 wrzesnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna wykonana z metalu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa oryginalna postac kratki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, oraz fantazyjnym ksztalcie otworów siatki, nadajaca jej oryginalny wyglad i umozliwiajaca jej wielokrotne odtwarzanie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna z plyta czolowa prostokatna, o gladkiej powierzchni, wraz z kieszenia mocujaca i z zaluzja, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawiaprostokatna kieszen mocujaca kratke z fig. 1, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3 - kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna z zaluzja z fig. 1, w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane kratki z fig. 1 z plyta czolowa kwadratowa, o gladkiej powierzchni, wraz z kieszenia mocujaca i z zaluzja, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 przedstawia kwadratowa kieszen mocujaca kratke z fig. 4, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna z zaluzja z fig. 4, w widoku z tylu, zas fig. 7 przedstawia fotografie odmiany siatki stosowanej w kratkach z fig, 1 i fig, 4, a fig. 8 - fotografie drugiej odmiany siatki stosowanej w kratkach z fig. 1 i fig. 4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego I. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej o powierzchni gladkiej, kieszeni mocujacej, zaluzji oraz siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze plyta czolowa kratki ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych krawedziach, a kratka wyposazona jest w kieszen mocujaca, która ma ksztalt prostokata i wyprofilowane sciany w ten sposób, ze w czesci sasiadujacej z plyta czolowa sciany te, na krótkim odcinku, sa wygiete na zewnatrz, a w czesci zewnetrznej na calej dlugosci sciany kieszeni maja wybrzuszenie, ponadto na scianach kieszeni, przy plycie czolowej kratki, widoczne sa wyciecia, w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata i umieszczone sa posrodku scian dluzszych oraz na ich styku ze sciana krótsza, zas kratka posiada zaluzje umieszczona za siatka, przy czym na jednym z boków plyty czolowej, prostopadlym do powierzchni zaluzji, umocowane jest pokretlo do otwierania zaluzji, a pokretlo to polaczone jest z zaluzja poprzez zabierak - cieglo z drutu umieszczone w zaczepach na boku mocujacym plyte czolowa kratki i w plytce mocujacej zaluzje, a siatka wykonana jest z krepowanego drutu o otworach w ksztalcie czworokata, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 - fig. 3.II. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, wedlug fig. 1 - fig. 6, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej o powierzchni gladkiej i siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siatka wykonana jest z metalu i ma otwory w fantazyjnym ksztalcie wpisanym w czworokat, przy czym otwory te utworzone sa z czterech laczacych sie ze soba luków, a miejsca styku tych luków tworza z bokami kratki katy równe 45°, jak pokazano na fotografii - fig. 8. The essence of the industrial design is the new, original form of the grille, manifested in its shape and the fanciful shape of the mesh openings, giving it a unique appearance and enabling its multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a fireplace ventilation grille with a rectangular front plate with a smooth surface, together with a mounting pocket and a shutter, in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows a rectangular pocket for mounting the grille from fig. 1, in a perspective view, fig. 3 - a fireplace ventilation grille with a shutter from fig. 1, in a back view, fig. 4 shows a variant of the grille from fig. 1 with a square front plate with a smooth surface, together with a mounting pocket and a shutter, in a perspective view, fig. 5 shows a square pocket for mounting the grille from fig. 4, in a perspective view, fig. 6 - a fireplace ventilation grille with a shutter from fig. 4, in a back view, and fig. 7 shows photographs of a variant of the mesh used in the grilles from fig. 1 and fig. 4, and fig. 8 - photographs of the second type of mesh used in the grilles from fig. 1 and fig. 4. Essential features of industrial design I. A fireplace ventilation grille consisting of a front panel with a smooth surface, a mounting pocket, a blind and a mesh, is characterized in that the front panel of the grille has the shape of a rectangle with rounded edges, and the grille is equipped with a mounting pocket which has the shape of a rectangle and profiled walls in such a way that in the part adjacent to the front panel these walls, on a short section, are bent outwards, and in the external part along the entire length of the pocket wall they have a bulge, moreover, on the walls of the pocket, near the front panel of the grille, there are visible cutouts in the shape of a triangle and located in the middle longer walls and at their junction with the shorter wall, and the grille has a blind placed behind the mesh, whereby on one of the sides of the front plate, perpendicular to the surface of the blind, a knob for opening the blind is attached, and this knob is connected to the blind by means of a driver - a wire rod placed in catches on the side fastening the front plate of the grille and in the blind fastening plate, and the mesh is made of creped wire with quadrangular holes, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 - Fig. 3.II. A variant of the ventilation grille from Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, consisting of a front plate with a smooth surface and a mesh, is characterized in that the surface of the front plate is square-shaped, and furthermore, on the walls of the mounting pocket, at the front plate of the grille, there are visible cutouts in the shape of a triangle, which are located at the contact of the walls of this pocket, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 4 to Fig. 6. III. The fireplace ventilation grille, according to Fig. 1 - Fig. 6, consisting of a front plate with a smooth surface and a mesh, is characterized in that the mesh is made of metal and has openings in the shape of quadrangles, where the external angles of these shapes are directed towards the sides of the grille, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 7. IV. The fireplace ventilation grille, according to Fig. 1 - Fig. 6, consisting of a front plate with a smooth surface and a mesh, is characterized in that the mesh is made of metal and has openings in a fanciful shape inscribed in a quadrangle, wherein these openings are made of four interconnecting arcs, and the places of contact of these arcs with the sides of the grille form angles of 45°, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 8.
