Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka wentylacyjna przeznaczona do wlotów wentylacyjnych oraz wlotów kominkowych w pomieszczeniach miesz- kalnych i uzytkowych. Znane sa kratki wentylacyjne przeznaczone do wlotów wentylacyjnych oraz wlotów kominkowych zlozone z prostokatnej ramki sluzacej do osadzenia w otworze wentylacyjnym oraz z wypelnienia tej ramki uksztaltowanego jako sze- reg szczelin lub przetloczen ze szczelinami umozliwiajacymi przeplyw powietrza lub jako krata pokrywajaca przekrój poprzeczny ramki sluzacej do osadzenia kratki w otworze wentylacyjnym. Kratka wentylacyjna stylowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku od przodu ma obramowanie w ksztalcie prostokata ze skosnie zagietym do tylu obrzezem. Wewnatrz prostokatnego obramowania umiesz- czona jest koncentrycznie wypelniajaca wnetrze prostokatnego obramowania siatka o oczkach romboidalnych. W niektórych odmianach wzoru przemyslo- wego w poblizu srodka jednego z boków prostokatnego obramowania umiesz- czone jest pokretlo kratki wentylacyjnej o ksztalcie szesciokatnym . Prostokatneobramowanie kratki wentylacyjnej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego oraz pokretlo kratki wentylacyjnej w niektórych odmianach wzoru przemyslowego posiada zewnetrzna fakture przestrzenna jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach Fig. 5 i Fig. 6. Kratka wentylacyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyróznia sie prosta lekka i tania konstrukcja wysoka estetyka formy zewnetrznej oraz bardzo dobra wydajnoscia wentylacyjna. Known ventilation grilles for ventilation inlets and fireplace inlets consist of a rectangular frame for mounting in the ventilation opening, and a filler within this frame shaped as a series of slots or embossments with slits allowing airflow, or as a grid covering the cross-section of the frame used to mount the grille in the ventilation opening. A stylish ventilation grille, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a rectangular frame with a diagonally backward-curved rim when viewed from the front. A concentrically placed mesh with rhomboidal mesh fills the interior of the rectangular frame. In some variations of the industrial design, a hexagonal ventilation grille knob is placed near the center of one of the sides of the rectangular frame. The rectangular frame of the ventilation grille according to the industrial design and the ventilation grille knob in some variations of the industrial design have an external three-dimensional texture as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The ventilation grille according to the industrial design is distinguished by its simple, light and inexpensive construction, high aesthetics of the external form and very good ventilation efficiency.
