Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa wykonana w ksztalcie szescianu przeznaczona do montazu w slupkach ogrodzeniowych i wolnostojacych na zewnatrz, a takze jej odmiany. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru lampy, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltów, rozmieszczeniu poszczególnych elementów, co nadaje lampie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie, zwlaszcza jego elementów skladowych, jak równiez w uksztaltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. Na przedniej i tylnej oraz bocznych plaszczyznach u góry i u dolu znajduje sie waska ramka polaczona z powierzchnia u góry z górna plaszczyzna oraz od dolu z powierzchnia dolna. Do dolnej powierzchni przymocowana jest prostokatna puszka przylaczeniowa. W górnej powierzchni symetrycznie rozmieszczone sa cztery sruby. Lampa ma przednia, tylna oraz boczne plaszczyzny nieprzezroczyste, w których to plaszczy- znach wyciete sa otwory w ksztalcie rombu przepuszczajace swiatlo. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Lampa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonana jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego górna i dolna plaszczyzna sa nieprzezroczyste, zas przednia, tylna i obydwie boczne plaszczyzny przepuszczaja swiatlo. Na przedniej i tylnej oraz bocznych plaszczyznach u góry i u dolu znaj- duje sie waska ramka polaczona z powierzchnia u góry z górna plaszczyzna oraz od dolu z powierzchnia dolna. Do dolnej powierzchni przymocowana jest prostokatna puszka przyla- czeniowa. W górnej powierzchni symetrycznie rozmieszczone sa cztery sruby. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the lamp design, manifested in the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and the arrangement of individual elements, which give the lamp an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and appearance, particularly of its component elements, as well as in the shape of the industrial design object. The industrial design subject is shown in a photograph in which: Fig. 5.1 shows an axonometric front view of the lamp; Fig. 5.2 shows an axonometric rear view of the lamp; Fig. 5.3 shows an axonometric side view of the lamp; Fig. 5.4 shows an axonometric side view of the lamp. The lamp according to the industrial design is characterized by being made in the shape of a cuboid, the top and bottom surfaces of which are opaque, while the front, back, and both side surfaces allow light to pass through. A narrow frame is located on the front, back, and side surfaces at the top and bottom, connected to the top surface at the top and to the bottom surface at the bottom. A rectangular junction box is attached to the bottom surface. Four screws are symmetrically arranged on the top surface. The lamp has opaque front, rear, and side surfaces, with diamond-shaped openings cut into these surfaces to allow light to pass through. Essential features of industrial design 1.
