Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa wykonana w ksztalcie szescianu przeznaczona do montazu w slupkach ogrodzeniowych i wolnostojacych na zewnatrz, a takze jej odmiany. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru lampy, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltów, rozmieszczeniu poszczególnych elementów, co nadaje lampie oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie, zwlaszcza jego elementów skladowych, jak równiez w uksztaltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. Lampa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonana jest w ksztalcie pro- stopadloscianu, którego górna i dolna plaszczyzna sa nieprzezroczyste, zas przednia, tylna i obydwie boczne plaszczyzny przepuszczaja swiatlo. Na przedniej i tylnej oraz bocznych plaszczyznach u góry i u dolu znajduje sie waska ramka polaczona z powierzchnia u góry z górna plaszczyzna oraz od dolu z powierzchnia dolna. Do dolnej powierzchni przymocowana jest prostokatna puszka przylaczeniowa. W górnej powierzchni symetrycznie rozmieszczone sa cztery sruby. Lampa ma przednia, tylna oraz boczne plaszczyzny nieprzezroczyste, w których to plaszczy- znach wyciete sa prostokatne otwory przepuszczajace swiatlo. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Lampa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonana jest w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego górna i dolna plaszczyzna sa nieprzezroczyste, zas przednia, tylna i obydwie boczne plaszczyzny przepuszczaja swiatlo. Na przedniej i tylnej oraz bocznych plaszczyznach u góry i u dolu znaj- duje sie waska ramka polaczona z powierzchnia u góry z górna plaszczyzna oraz od dolu z powierzchnia dolna. Do dolnej powierzchni przymocowana jest prostokatna puszka przyla- czeniowa. W górnej powierzchni symetrycznie rozmieszczone sa cztery sruby. Lampa ma przednia, tylna oraz boczne plaszczyzny nieprzezroczyste, w których to plaszczyznach wy- ciete sa prostokatne otwory przepuszczajace swiatlo, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 4.1, fig. 4.2, fig. 4.3 i fig. 4.4. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the lamp design, manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, arrangement of individual elements, which gives the lamp an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and appearance, especially of its components, as well as in the shape of the subject of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a photograph, in which: Fig. 4.1 shows a photograph of the lamp in an axonometric view from the front, Fig. 4.2 shows a photograph of the lamp in an axonometric view from the back, Fig. 4.3 shows a photograph of the lamp in an axonometric view from the side, Fig. 4.4 shows a photograph of the lamp in an axonometric view from the side. The lamp according to the industrial design is characterized in that it is made in the shape of a cuboid, the upper and lower surfaces of which are opaque, while the front, rear and both side surfaces transmit light. On the front and rear surfaces and on the side surfaces at the top and bottom there is a narrow frame connected to the upper surface at the top and to the lower surface at the bottom. A rectangular junction box is attached to the lower surface. Four screws are symmetrically arranged in the upper surface. The lamp has opaque front, rear and side surfaces, in which rectangular holes are cut to let light through. Essential features of industrial design 1.
