Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnla.23.12.2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna wykonana z metalu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, elementów dekoracyjnych i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku na, którym fig.l przedstawia kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna, w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig.2 - fotografia kratki wentylacyjnej z fig. 1 w widoku perspektywicznym.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, skladajaca sie obudowy, plyty czolowej z siatka i zaluzji, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu o gladkiej plycie czolowej, na której zamontowane sa, na rurowych zawiasach umocowanych na krótszych bokach plyty czolowej, drzwiczki zamykane do srodka. Elementy mocujace zawiasy do plyty czolowej maja fantazyjny ksztalt, utworzony z luków, zmieniajacych kierunek wygiecia, pomiedzy którymi, w srodku figury utworzonej przez te luki, umieszczony jest element dekoracyjny w ksztalcie kólka. Na wewnetrznej scianie jednych z drzwiczek umocowany jest uchwyt w ksztalcie kablaka. Ponadto, na obu drzwiczkach, po stronie zawiasów, umieszczone sa pokretla do otwierania i zamykania zaluzji. Pokretla maja fantazyjne lby w ksztalcie czworokatów o krawedziach lukowych, skierowanych wypuklosciami do wewnatrz. Siatka wykonana jest w postaci elementów regularnie powtarzajacych sie, umieszczonych równolegle do krótszego boku drzwiczek kratki. Elementy utworzone sa z linii lukowych, obrazujacych duze i male figury koliste, przy czym figury te lacza sie ze soba przy pomocy linii lukowych, zas sasiadujace ze soba elementy siatki polaczone sa ze soba, w sposób trwaly, w miejscach najwiekszego wygiecia figury w ksztalcie zblizonym do duzego kola, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig.l i fotografii - fig. 2. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, decorative elements, and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the fireplace ventilation grille, while Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the ventilation grille from Fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design: The fireplace ventilation grille, consisting of a casing, a front panel with mesh, and a blind, is characterized by its shape being close to a cuboid with a smooth front panel, on which a door that closes inward is mounted on tubular hinges attached to the shorter sides of the front panel. The elements securing the hinges to the front panel have a fanciful shape, formed by arcs that change the direction of the bend, between which, in the center of the figure formed by these arcs, a decorative element in the shape of a circle is placed. A cable-shaped handle is attached to the inner wall of one of the doors. Furthermore, both doors, on the hinge side, feature knobs for opening and closing the blinds. The knobs have fanciful heads in the shape of quadrangles with arc-shaped edges, the convexities facing inward. The mesh is made of regularly repeating elements, placed parallel to the shorter side of the grille door. The elements are composed of arc lines representing large and small circular figures, with these figures interconnected by arc lines, while adjacent mesh elements are permanently connected at the points of greatest bending in the figure, in a shape similar to a large circle, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 and photograph - fig. 2.
