Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 17 wrzesnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna wykonana z metalu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa oryginalna postac kratki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, elementach dekoracyjnych oraz ksztalcie otworów siatki, nadajaca jej oryginalny wyglad i umozliwiajaca jej wielokrotne odtwarzanie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna z plyta czolowa prostokatna, ozdobiona elementem dekoracyjnym, wraz z kieszenia mocujaca, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia odmianekratki kominkowej wentylacyjnej z fig. 1 posiadajaca zaluzje, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 przedstawia prostokatna kieszen mocujaca kratka z fig. 1 i fig. 2, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna z zaluzja z fig. 2, w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - fotografie odmiany siatki stosowanej w kratkach z fig, 1-2 , a fig. 6 - fotografie drugiej odmiany siatki stosowanej w kratkach z fig. 1-2 , zas fig. 7 przedstawia fotografie kratki z fig. 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego I. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej z elementem dekoracyjnym, kieszeni mocujacej oraz siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia plyty czolowej kratki, w przekroju poprzecznym, ma ksztalt bryly okreslonej ozdobnymi profilami zewnetrznymi, przechodzacymi ku srodkowi w scianke o zarysie lukowym i posiadajaca w czesci wewnetrznej, od strony kratki, charakterystyczne reliefy tworzace fantazyjny rysunek, a w naroznikach fantazyjnie wytloczone ozdoby, imitujace stylizowane liscie, ulozone w ksztalcie przypominajacym figury trójkatów, których jeden z wierzcholków usytuowany jest w miejscu styku dwóch boków plyty, ponadto kratka wyposazona jest w kieszen mocujaca, która ma ksztalt prostokata i wyprofilowane sciany w ten sposób, ze w czesci sasiadujacej z plyta czolowa sciany te, na krótkim odcinku, sa wygiete na zewnatrz, a w czesci zewnetrznej na calej dlugosci sciany kieszeni maja wybrzuszenie, ponadto na scianach kieszeni, przy plycie czolowej kratki, widoczne sa wyciecia, w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata i umieszczone sa posrodku scian dluzszych oraz na ich styku ze sciana krótsza, zas siatka wykonana jest z krepowanego drutu o otworach w ksztalcie czworokata, jak to pokazano na rysunku - fig.l - fig. 3 i fotografii - fig.7.II. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, z fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fig. 7, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej z elementem dekoracyjnym, kieszeni mocujacej oraz siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siatka wykonana jest z metalu i ma otwory w ksztalcie czworokatów, przy czym katy zewnetrzne tych figur skierowane sa w kierunku boków kratki, jak pokazano na fotografii - fig. 5. Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, z fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz fig. 7, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej z elementem dekoracyjnym, kieszeni mocujacej oraz siatki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze siatka wykonana jest z metalu i ma otwory w fantazyjnym ksztalcie wpisanym w czworokat, przy czym otwory te utworzone sa z czterech laczacych sie ze soba luków, a miejsca styku tych luków tworza z bokami kratki katy równe 45°, jak pokazano na fotografii - fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is the new, original form of the grille, manifested in its shape, decorative elements, and the shape of the mesh openings, giving it a unique appearance and enabling its repeated reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a fireplace ventilation grille with a rectangular front plate, decorated with a decorative element, together with a mounting pocket, in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows a variant of the fireplace ventilation grille from fig. 1 having a shutter, in a perspective view, fig. 3 shows a rectangular mounting pocket for the grille from fig. 1 and fig. 2, in a perspective view, fig. 4 - a fireplace ventilation grille with a shutter from fig. 2, in a back view, fig. 5 - photographs of a variant of the mesh used in the grilles from figs. 1-2, and fig. 6 - photographs of the second variant of the mesh used in the grilles from figs. 1-2, while fig. 7 shows photographs of the grille from fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design I. Fireplace ventilation grille consisting of a front plate with an element decorative element, mounting pocket and mesh, is characterized in that the surface of the front panel of the grille, in cross-section, has the shape of a solid defined by decorative external profiles, passing towards the center into a wall with an arc-shaped outline and having in the inner part, on the side of the grille, characteristic reliefs creating a fanciful drawing, and in the corners fancifully embossed decorations imitating stylized leaves, arranged in a shape resembling figures of triangles, one of the vertices of which is located at the point of contact of two sides of the panel, moreover, the grille is equipped with a mounting pocket, which has the shape of a rectangle and profiled walls in such a way that in the part adjacent to the front panel these walls are bent outwards on a short section, and in the outer part along the entire length the walls of the pockets have a bulge, moreover, on the walls of the pockets, near the front plate of the grid, there are visible cutouts in the shape of a triangle and they are placed in the middle of the longer walls and at their contact with the shorter wall, while the grid is made of creped wire with holes in the shape of a quadrangle, as shown in the drawing - fig.1 - fig.3 and the photograph - fig.7.II. The fireplace ventilation grille from Fig. 1 and Fig. 7, consisting of a front plate with a decorative element, a mounting pocket and a mesh, is characterized in that it has a blind placed behind the mesh, and on one of the sides of the front plate, perpendicular to the surface of the blind, a knob for opening the blind is mounted, and the knob is connected to the blind by a driver - a wire rod placed in catches on the side fastening the front plate of the grille and in the blind mounting plate, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4. III. The fireplace ventilation grille shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 7, consisting of a front plate with a decorative element, a mounting pocket and a mesh, is characterized in that the mesh is made of metal and has openings in the shape of quadrangles, with the external angles of these shapes directed towards the sides of the grille, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 5. IV. The fireplace ventilation grille, shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 7, consisting of a front plate with a decorative element, a mounting pocket and a mesh, is characterized in that the mesh is made of metal and has openings in a fanciful shape inscribed in a quadrangle, wherein these openings are made of four interconnecting arcs, and the places of contact of these arcs with the sides of the grille form angles equal to 45°, as shown in the photograph - Fig. 6.
