Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest ksztaltka budowlana przeznaczona do wznoszenia scian zewnetrznych i wewnetrznych budynków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, nadajacych ksztaltce nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1 - przedstawiajacej ksztaltke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonych rysunkach, fig.2 - fig 9, przyczym fig. 2 - fig.5, prezentuja ksztaltke w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 6 - fig. 9 w przekroju poprzecznym. Ksztaltka budowlana, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wykonana z wiórobetonu i uksztaltowana w dwóch usytuowanych równolegle wzgledem siebie wzdluznych scianek l, polaczonych poprzecznymi zebrami 2. Ksztaltki przeznaczone do wznoszenia scian zewnetrznych sa zaopatrzone w izolacyjna przekladke 4. Ksztaltki przystosowane do ksztaltowania narozy sa wyposazone od czola zaslepiajaca scianke 5. The subject of the ornamental design is a building shape intended for the construction of exterior and interior walls of buildings. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the shape a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the shape in a perspective view, and in the attached drawings, Fig. 2 - Fig. 9, where Fig. 2 - Fig. 5 show the shape in a perspective view, while Fig. 6 - Fig. 9 show the shape in cross-section. The building shape, in accordance with the decorative pattern, is made of chipboard and shaped into two parallel longitudinal walls l, connected by transverse ribs 2.
