Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18 listopada 1999 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest gniazdo telefoniczne uniwersalne przeznaczone zwlaszcza do przylaczania aparatów telefonicznych koncowych wewnatrz pomieszczen mieszkalnych oraz pomieszczen ogólnego przeznaczenia np. biur, urzedów , supermarketów i innych instytucji. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac gniazda telefonicznego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pokrywy wierzchniej,wieczka wtyku i podstawy gniazda na która to jest nalozona pokrywa wierzchnia, jak równiez w ksztalcie zasadniczych linii obrysu fragmentów czesci gniazda, nadajaca mu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, predysponujac go walorami estetycznymi do wytwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest pokazany na zilustrowanych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok gniazda telefonicznego od czola , Fig.2 - gniazdo telefoniczne w widoku z boku, Fig.3 - gniazdo telefoniczne w widoku z góry. Gniazdo telefoniczne wedlug istoty wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt regularnej scietej bryly o plaskiej podstawie w ksztalcie kwadratu z odpowiednimi otworami montazowymi, przy czym wysokosc gniazda jest zróznicowana i mniejsza od szerokosci podstawy. Podstawa gniazda patrzac z góry ma niewielki wystep o malej szerokosci przebiegajacy dookola wokól boków podstawy. Boki podstawy na odcinkach przyleglych do plaskiej podstawy sa proste i równolegle wzgledem siebie. Nastepnie te proste odcinki boków przechodza w czesci o ksztalcie promienia okregu, laczac sie ze soba. W górnym boku podstawy gniazda znajduje sie otwór z wycieciem , zas wewnatrz podstawy, profilowe wystepy do laczenia poszczególnych elementów gniazda. Górne czesci boków sa uksztaltowane podwójnym uskokiem, przy czym pokrywa wierzchnia wraz z wieczkiem wtyku jest nasunietana ten podwójny uskok tworzac regularna scieta bryle gniazda telefonicznego. W ramce pokrywy wierzchniej osadzone jest wieczko wtyku. Wieczko wtyku ma postac kwadratu z zaokraglonymi narozami , zarówno zewnetrznymi wieczka jak i wewnetrznymi pokrywy . Widoczna z góry mala szerokosc obramowania, stanowiaca obrzeze wieczka wtyku i ramki pokrywy wierzchniej wynosi okolo 1/50 calkowitej szerokosci wtyku. Boczne zewnetrzne scianki pokrywy lezace naprzeciw siebie sa lekko pochylone, tworzac sciecia o ksztalcie trapezu z zaokrag- leniami. Powierzchnia czolowa pokrywy wierzchniej wraz z wieczkiem wtyku wznosi sie ukosnie ku górze, nastepnie na wysokosci 2/3 powierzchni czolowej przechodzi w plaska plaszczyzne równolegla do podstawy, by nastepnie po promieniu zalamac sie w dól. Jak pokazano na Fig.3 istniejace wybranie uskoku ma szerokosc 1/2 najwiekszej wysokosci pokrywy wierzchniej gniazda i dlugosc 1/2 boku. W prawej czesci wybrania scianki biegnacej równolegle do plaszczyzny podstawy znajduje sie maly kwadratowy otwór, przy czym bok otworu ma okolo 1/10 szerokosci wieczka wtyku. Scianki boczne tego wybrania lezace naprzeciw siebie maja ksztalt trójkata odchylonego najdluzsza krawedzia na zewnatrz. W czesci srodkowej wieczka wtyku uformowane sa cztery proporcjonalne prostokatne otwory pomiedzy którymi, na liniach przeciecia sie przekatnychprostokata umieszczony jest okragly otwór do laczenia pokrywy wierzchniej z podstawa. Naprzeciwko tego otworu w linii symetrii znajduje sie piaty proporcjonalny prostokatny otwór, przy czym szerokosc jego jest taka sama jak pozostalych czterech otworów. PL PLUniversal telephone socket. The right of registration of the ornamental design has been valid since November 18, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a universal telephone socket designed specifically for connecting telephone terminals inside residential premises and general-purpose spaces, such as offices, government offices, supermarkets, and other institutions. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the telephone socket, manifested in the shape of the top cover, the plug cover, and the socket base to which the top cover is applied, as well as in the shape of the basic outline lines of the socket parts, giving it a unique and original appearance, predisposing it with aesthetic qualities for industrial production. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the illustrated photographs, in which Fig. 1 - shows a front view of the telephone socket, Fig. 2 - a side view of the telephone socket, Fig. 3 - a top view of the telephone socket. The telephone socket, according to its decorative design, has the shape of a regular truncated solid with a flat, square base with appropriate mounting holes. The socket height varies and is smaller than the base width. Viewed from above, the socket base has a small, narrow protrusion running around the sides of the base. The base sides, in sections adjacent to the flat base, are straight and parallel to each other. These straight side sections then merge into sections shaped like a circular radius, connecting with each other. The upper side of the socket base has a hole with a cutout, and inside the base are profiled protrusions for connecting the individual socket components. The upper parts of the sides are shaped with a double protrusion, with the top cover and plug cover slipping over this double protrusion, creating the regular truncated shape of the telephone socket. The plug cover is embedded in the top cover frame. The plug cover is square with rounded corners, both external and internal. The narrow border, visible from above, forms the periphery of the plug cover and the top cover frame, and is approximately 1/50 of the plug's total width. The opposing outer side walls of the cover are slightly inclined, creating trapezoidal chamfers with rounded edges. The front surface of the top cover, along with the plug cover, rises diagonally upward, then at a height of 2/3 of the front surface, transitions into a flat plane parallel to the base, before curving downward radially. As shown in Fig. 3, the existing recessed recess has a width of 1/2 the greatest height of the socket's top cover and a length of 1/2 the side. In the right part of the recessed wall running parallel to the base plane, there is a small square opening, with the side of the opening being approximately 1/10 the width of the plug cover. The opposite side walls of this recess have the shape of a triangle tilted with the longest edge outward. In the central part of the plug cover, there are four proportional rectangular openings, between which, at the intersection of the rectangle's diagonals, there is a circular opening for connecting the top cover to the base. Opposite this opening, on the line of symmetry, is a fifth proportional rectangular opening, the width of which is the same as the other four openings.
