Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga mebla. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia noge mebla mocowana na wkrety w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama noge w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - odmiane nogi mebla nasuwanej na wkladke w przekroju pionowym, fig. 4 - te sama noge w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - noge mebla pokazana na fig. 1 i 2 w przekroju pionowym przymocowana wkretami do podstawy mebla, a fig. 6 - noge mebla pokazana na fig. 3 i 4 w przekroju pionowym nasunieta na wkladke przymocowana wkretami do podstawy mebla. Noga mebla przedstawiona na fig. 1, 2 i 5 ma ksztalt bryly o profilu zblizonym do scietego wydluzonego ostroslupa o podstawie kwadratowej i o malej pochylosci jego scian bocznych, posiadajacej na jego krawedziach pionowych identyczne wyjecia wklesle, a na jednej ze scian pionowych wyjecia ozdobne o profilu prostokatnym usytuowane w dwóch rzedach i symetrycznie wzgledem siebie. Noga ta w górnej jej powierzchni poziomej ma wyjecie prostopadloscienne o zarysie kwadratowym w widoku z góry, a ponad to ma dwa przelotowe otwory dwustopniowe usytuowane w poblizu dwóch naprzeciwleglych sobie narozach. Odmiana nogi mebla pokazana na fig. 3, 4 i 6 ma analogiczny ksztalt jak noga pokazana na fig. 1, 2 i 5, z tym, ze w górnym wyjeciu prostopadlosciennym ma dodatkowa wkladke skorupowa o analogicznym zewnetrznym profilu jak to wyjecie, przy czym w górnym dnie tej wkladki lezacej w plaszczyznie górnej powierzchni nogi znajduja sie dwa otwory montazowe.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Noga mebla majaca ksztalt bryly zblizonej do wydluzonego ostroslupa scietego pokazana na fig. 1-6 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - jej krawedzie pionowe posiadaja identyczne wyjecia wklesle, a na jednej ze scian pionowych ma wyjecia ozdobne o profilu prostokatnym, usytuowane w dwóch rzedach i symetrycznie wzgledem siebie, - posiada dwa przelotowe dwustopniowe otwory usytuowane w poblizu dwóch naprzeciwleglych sobie narozy, a w górnej poziomej powierzchni ma wyjecie prostopadloscienne o zarysie kwadratowym w widoku z góry oraz sfazowana krawedz od strony tego wyjecia o profilu identycznym jak jej profil zewnetrzny, - odmiana nogi w górnym wyjeciu prostopadlosciennym ma wcisnieta wkladke skorupowa o identycznym zewnetrznym profilu jak to wyjecie mieszczaca w sobie konce dwóch otworów przelotowych, przy czym w górnym dnie tej wkladki lezacym w plaszczyznie górnej powierzchni nogi wykonane sa dwa otwory montazowe.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture leg. The new and original form of the design is its shape. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of a furniture leg fastened with screws; Fig. 2 shows the same leg in a top view; Fig. 3 shows a vertical cross-section of a variant of the furniture leg slipped onto an insert; Fig. 4 shows the same leg in a top view; Fig. 5 shows the furniture leg shown in Figs. 1 and 2 in a vertical cross-section, fastened to the furniture base; and Fig. 6 shows the furniture leg shown in Figs. 3 and 4 in a vertical cross-section, slipped onto an insert fastened to the furniture base with screws. The furniture leg shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5 has a solid shape with a profile similar to a truncated, elongated pyramid with a square base and a slight slope of its side walls, having identical concave openings on its vertical edges, and on one of the vertical walls, decorative openings with a rectangular profile arranged in two rows and symmetrically with respect to each other. In its upper horizontal surface, this leg has a cuboid opening with a square outline in plan view, and also has two two-step through holes located near two opposite corners. The furniture leg variant shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6 has a similar shape to the leg shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, but in the upper cuboidal opening it has an additional shell insert with an external profile similar to this opening, and in the upper bottom of this insert lying in the plane of the upper surface of the leg there are two mounting holes. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture leg having the shape of a solid close to an elongated truncated pyramid shown in fig. 1-6 is characterized by the following: - its vertical edges have identical concave openings, and on one of the vertical walls it has decorative openings with a rectangular profile, located in two rows and symmetrically to each other, - it has two through two-step openings located near two opposite corners, and in the upper horizontal surface it has a cuboidal opening with a square outline in the top view and a chamfered edge from the side of this opening with a profile identical to its external profile, - the leg variant in the upper cuboidal opening has a pressed-in shell insert with an external profile identical to this opening, housing the ends of two through holes, wherein in the upper bottom of this insert lying in the plane of the upper surface of the leg there are two mounting holes.
