Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podpórka pólki meblowej wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia podpórke pólki w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu z przodu i z boku, fig. 2 - te sama podpórke w widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu z tylu i z boku, fig. 3 - te sama podpórke w widoku z przodu, fig. 4- te sama podpórke w widoku z góry, a fig. 5- te sama podpórke w widoku z boku. Jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1-5 podpórke pólki stanowi monolityczna bryla utworzona z podstawy majacej w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi dwoma przednimi narozami oraz ze wspornika wystajacego prostopadle z tej podstawy o ksztalcie w widoku z przodu zblizonym do stylizowanej litery „T", zaopatrzonej na tylnej jego scianie w prostopadle usytuowany do niego trzpien walcowy ze sfazowanym jego czolem. Podstawa podpórki pólki w widoku z tylu ma ksztalt prostokatny, a w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do trapezowego z przednim uskokiem, przy czym na jej dolnej powierzchni wokól scian bocznych wykonane jest wyjecie tworzace dolne obwodowe zebro o profilu utworzonym ze scian bocznych tej podstawy. Wspornik podpórki pólki usytuowany jest w osi symetrii podstawy, przy czym tylna sciana tego wspornika jest zlicowana z tylna prostokatna sciana podstawy podpórki, a srodkowy czlon tego wspornika spoczywajacy na podstawie ma w widoku z przodu oraz w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalty prostokatne. Z kolei, górny czlon tego wspornika o ksztalcie zblizonym do lezacej litery „C" stanowiacy przedluzenie czlonu srodkowego ma plaska tylna sciane, która na powierzchni bocznych pionowych ramion usytuowana jest skosnie w kierunku przedniej sciany srodkowego czlonu wspornika, natomiast przednia plaska sciana górnego czlonu jest skosnie usytuowana w kierunku jejtylnej sciany, a w dolnej czesci obu bocznych ramion przechodzi w powierzchnie wypukle, tworzace krawedzie z tylnymi skosnymi scianami tych ramion. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and line arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the shelf support in perspective, from the front and side; Fig. 2 shows the same support in perspective, from the back and side; Fig. 3 shows the same support in front; Fig. 4 shows the same support in top view; and Fig. 5 shows the same support in side view. As shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1-5, the shelf support is a monolithic block made of a base having a rectangular shape in a top view with two rounded front corners and a bracket protruding perpendicularly from this base, with a shape in a front view similar to a stylized letter "T", provided on its rear wall with a cylindrical pin perpendicular to it with a chamfered front. The base of the shelf support has a rectangular shape in a back view, and a trapezoidal shape in a side view with a front step, while on its lower surface around the side walls there is a recess forming a lower circumferential rib with a profile formed from the side walls of this base. The shelf support bracket is located on the axis of symmetry of the base, wherein the rear wall of this bracket is flush with the rear rectangular wall of the support base, and the middle member of this bracket resting on the base has a rectangular shape in a front view and in cross-section. In turn, the upper member of this bracket, with a shape similar to the letter "C", constituting an extension of the middle member, has a flat rear wall, which on the surface of the side vertical arms is situated diagonally towards the front wall of the middle member of the bracket, while the front flat wall of the upper member is situated diagonally towards its rear wall, and in the lower part of both side arms merges into convex surfaces, forming edges with the rear diagonal walls of these arms. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture shelf support made of plastic shown in figures 1-5 is characterized in that: - it is a monolithic solid made of a base having a rectangular shape in a top view with two rounded front corners and a bracket protruding perpendicularly from this base, having a shape in a front view similar to a stylized letter "T", provided on its rear wall with a cylindrical pin situated perpendicularly to it; - the shelf base has a rectangular shape in a back view and a trapezoidal shape in a side view; - the shelf support bracket is situated in the axis of symmetry of the base, with the rear wall being flush with the rear rectangular wall of the base of this support; - the central vertical member of the shelf support bracket resting on its base has a rectangular shape in the front view and in the cross-section, while the upper member of this bracket, with a shape similar to the horizontal letter "C", constituting an extension of the central member, has a flat rear wall, which on the surface of the side vertical arms is situated obliquely towards the front wall of the central member, while the front flat wall of the upper member is situated obliquely towards its rear wall, and in the lower part of both side arms turns into convex surfaces, forming edges with the rear oblique walls of these arms.
