Segment kratki ozdobnej Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 1^.02.2002 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest segment kratki ozdobnej stosowanej zwlaszcza do budowy zewnetrznych krat ochronnych i zaluzji. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ornamencie nadajacym mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad. Segment kratki pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia segment w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 w widoku z boku przedstawiajacym jej zarys krawedzi bocznych. Segment kratki ozdobnej ma wygieta w formie odcinka krzywej czesc perforowana, przy czym poszczególne oczka perforacji maja ksztalt gwiazdek piecioramiennych. Brzegi segmentu kratki sa wygiete powyzej powierzchni zewnetrznej kratki i zagiete tak, zejeden jest zagiety lukowo w kierunku osi symetrii czesci perforowanej kratki, a drugi takze lukowo w kierunku zewnetrznym.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLDecorative Grille Segment. The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: February 1, 2002. The industrial design is for a decorative grille segment used primarily in the construction of exterior protective grilles and blinds. The essence of the industrial design is a new form manifested in the shape and ornamentation that give it a new, original appearance. The grille segment is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the segment from above, and Fig. 2 shows a side view showing the outline of its side edges. The decorative grille segment has a perforated section bent in the form of a curved segment, with the individual perforation holes shaped like five-pointed stars. The edges of the grid segment are bent above the outer surface of the grid and folded so that one is bent in an arc towards the axis of symmetry of the perforated part of the grid, and the other is also bent in an arc towards the outside.
