Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest apteczka z wyposazeniem ekologicznym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie, zdobnictwo, kolorystyka oraz material z którego wykonany jest apteczka. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zlaczonym rysunku na którym fig.1 przedstawia apteczke w widoku czolowym, fig.2 apteczke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 w widoku perspektywicznym. Apteczka wykonany jest z laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego w odcieniach koloru szarego. Apteczka wedlug wzoru ma zarys zblizony do prostopadlosciennej bryly o scietych wszystkich narozach, pod katem zblizonym do 45 stopni, przy czym czolowa sciana apteczki ma zarys zblizony do kwadratu i ma postac przesuwanych do góry zaluzjowych drzwiczek z dwoma walcowymi uchwytami rozmieszczonymi symetrycznie na listwie konczacej, zas symetrycznie po bokach, które maja zarys zblizony do prostokata, usytuowane sa uchwyty do przenoszenia, zas skrajnie na narozach podstawy usytuowane sa kólka. Wszystkie elementy wzoru wykonane sa w odcieniach szarosci, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.l, fig.2, fig.3. Pelnomocnik PL PLThe industrial design is for a first aid kit with ecological equipment. The essence of the industrial design is the new shape, ornamentation, color scheme, and material from which the kit is made. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the kit from a frontal view, Fig. 2 from a side view, and Fig. 3 from a perspective view. The kit is made of a polyester-glass laminate in shades of gray. The first aid kit, according to the pattern, has an outline close to a cuboid with all corners cut off at an angle of approximately 45 degrees. The front wall of the kit has an outline close to a square and is in the form of an upward-sliding, louvered door with two cylindrical handles arranged symmetrically on the end strip. Carrying handles are located symmetrically on the sides, which have an outline close to a rectangle, and wheels are located at the outer corners of the base. All elements of the pattern are executed in shades of gray, as shown in the attached illustrations (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3). PL Representative
