UCHWYT MEBLOW Y Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczo- ny do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania ruchomych elementów mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztaltu, kolorystyki a takze polaczenia uchwytu z meblem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej ilu- stracji gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono uchwyt w widoku ogólnym z przodu, na fig. 2 uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, fig. 3 - szyld uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig. 4 raczka uchwytu w widoku ogólnym, fig. 5 - fragment szyldu z kieszenia i fragment rozlaczonej od niej raczki C e c h y i s t o t n e w z o r u p r z e m y s l o w e g o 1. Uchwyt meblowy skladajacy sie z czesci stalej - szyldu i czesci rucho- mej- raczki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze szyld na awersie posiada w osi poziomej na przeciwleglych krancach dwie kieszenie ulozone otworami do wewnatrz, stanowiacymi dwupunktowy zawias dla pólkolistej raczki, majacej na koncach ulozone w osi walcowate zgrubienia z wystajacymi do wewnatrz trzpieniami w ksztalcie stozków scietych, przedluzonymi na zewnatrz w krótkie walce z prostokatnym wystepem na kazdym z nich, zas na plycie czolowej, pomiedzy kieszeniami w centrum szyldujest ozdobny wieloelementowy motyw, natomiast na rewersie szyldu znajduje sie kratownica i dwie prostopadle do plaszczyzny poziomej tu- leje do mocowania uchwytu do mebla, ulozone na naprzeciwleglych krancach na poziomej osi, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1 do fig. 5. 2. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug cechy 1 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze raczka za- wieszana na czesci stalej - szyldzie ma ksztalt klasycznego luku - jest szersza w czesci centralnej, a zwezona na koncach, na srodku ma ozdobne zgrubienie w ksztalcie opaski, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 4 i fig. 5. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the handle, manifested in characteristic artistic effects resulting from its decorative and functional effects, shape composition, color scheme, and the connection of the handle with the furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the handle in a general front view, Fig. 2 shows the handle in a perspective view from below, Fig. 3 shows the handle plate in a perspective view from above, Fig. 4 shows the handle in a general view, Fig. 5 shows a fragment of the plate with a pocket and a fragment of the handle separated from it. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A furniture handle consisting of a fixed part - the plate and a movable part - the handle is characterized in that the plate on the obverse has two pockets on the horizontal axis at the opposite ends, arranged with the holes facing inwards, constituting a two-point hinge for the semicircular handle with cylindrical bulges arranged on the ends in an axis. with inward protruding pins in the shape of truncated cones, extended outwards into short cylinders with a rectangular projection on each of them, while on the front plate, between the pockets in the center, there is a decorative multi-element motif, while on the reverse of the plate there is a grid and two sleeves perpendicular to the horizontal plane for attaching the handle to the furniture, arranged at opposite ends on a horizontal axis, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. 2. The furniture handle according to feature 1 is characterized in that the handle hung on the fixed part - the plate has the shape of a classic arc - is wider in the central part and narrowed at the ends, in the middle it has a decorative thickening in the shape of a band, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1, fig. 4 and fig. 5. 3.
