Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy w widoku z boku, na fig. 2 uchwyt w widoku z góry oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku ma ksztalt zbli- zony do ceownika. Uchwyt meblowy uformowany z jednego elementu przedstawiony, na zalaczo- nym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz na fotografii fig. 3 ma ksztalt wydluzonego ceownika o zaokraglonych krawedziach, w którym mozna wyróznic czesc srodkowa i dwie stopki, przy czym czesc srodkowa ma ksztalt dwustronnie lukowato wcietego do wewnatrz plaskownika majacego umieszczone w osi srodkowej trzy czworokatne otwory o za- okraglonych naroznikach, z czego srodkowy przypomina prostokat zas dwa skrajne przypominaja trapezy zwrócone szerszymi podstawami na zewnatrz, przy czym przej- scie czesci srodkowej w stopki stanowi lagodny wklesly w kierunku otworów luk, zas same stopki maja forme podobna do pólksiezyców i sa zwrócone do siebie wypuklo- sciami, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy uformowany z jednego elementu, znamienny tym, ze ma ksztalt wydluzonego ceownika o zaokraglonych krawedziach, w którym mozna wyróz- nic czesc srodkowa i dwie stopki, przy czym czesc srodkowa ma ksztalt dwustronnie lukowato wcietego do wewnatrz plaskownika majacego umieszczone w osi srodkowej trzy czworokatne otwory o zaokraglonych naroznikach, z czego srodkowy przypomina prostokat zas dwa skrajne przypominaja trapezy zwrócone szerszymi podstawami na zewnatrz, przy czym przejscie czesci srodkowej w stopki stanowi lagodny wklesly w kierunku otworów luk, zas same stopki maja forme podobna do pólksiezyców i sa zwrócone do siebie wypuklosciami, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig 2 oraz fotografii fig. 3.Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the handle from a top view, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the furniture handle from a general view. The furniture handle is characterized by a side view similar to a U-shaped profile. The furniture handle formed from one element shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photograph Fig. 3 has the shape of an elongated channel with rounded edges, in which a central part and two feet can be distinguished, wherein the central part has the shape of a flat bar with an arc cut inwards on both sides, having three quadrangular holes with rounded corners placed in the central axis, of which the central part resembles a rectangle and the two outermost ones resemble trapezoids with their wider bases turned outwards, wherein the transition from the central part to the feet is a gentle concave arc towards the holes, and the feet themselves have a shape similar to half-moons and are turned towards each other with their convexities, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photograph Fig. 3.
