Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy widok od strony podstawy z otworem, na fig. 2 w widoku z góry oraz na fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fig. 4 - na której przedstawiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku od strony podstawy z otworem. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa scietego. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle from the side view of the base with an opening, Fig. 2 shows a top view, and in the photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the furniture handle from a general view, and Fig. 4 shows the furniture handle from the side view of the base with an opening. The furniture handle is characterized by having a shape similar to a truncated pyramid in a side view. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 has the shape of a solid composed of two white solids of different sizes, the first of which, constituting the body, has the shape of a truncated pyramid with quadrangular bases, the larger one of which is topped with a pyramid of small height, while the second, smaller base has a hole intended for an element fastening the handle to the furniture door, wherein all edges of the handle are slightly rounded, its arrangement near the door prevents it from slipping out of the fingers when opening the door.
