Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca do pochodni ogrodowych . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac swiecy do pochodni przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, w widoku z boku fig. 1 i przekroju poprzecznym fig.2. Swieca do pochodni o przekroju kolowym , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, ma powierzchnie boczna w postaci stozka nieco wypuklego na zewnatrz o wierzcholku w ksztalcie kopuly . Podstawe stozka tworzy powierzchnia nieco wypukla. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a garden torch candle. The essence of the design is a new form of the torch candle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in a side view (Fig. 1) and a cross-section (Fig. 2). The torch candle, with a circular cross-section, has the following essential features of an industrial design: its lateral surface is in the form of a cone, slightly convex outward, with a dome-shaped top. The base of the cone is formed by a slightly convex surface.
