Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt, stosowany do sterowania armatura wodna, zwlaszcza bateriami lazienkowymi i kuchennymi. Uchwyt przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego uksztaltowania uchwytu i jego ramion oraz ksztaltu piasty uchwytu na której ramiona sa ulokowane. Znane sa powszechnie, jako standard, uchwyty czteroramienne, których ksztalt przybiera bardzo rózne formy. Najbardziej zblizone do uchwytu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt opisany w polskim wzorze przemyslowym zgloszonym pod numerem Wp-2704. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, w widoku czolowym, ma « postac równoramiennego krzyza, którego ramiona, w widoku bocznym maja ksztalt kola.. Z uchwytu wyprowadzona jest, osiowo ulokowana, piasta uchwytu, majaca postac cylindra. Piasta w pierwszej odmianie jest gladka.Piasta w drugiej odmianie ma osiowo ulokowany otwór. Piasta w trzeciej odmianie ma przy koncu obwodowy rowek. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia widok czolowy uchwytu w pierwszym wariancie, fig.2 widok boczny uchwytu w pierwszym wariancie, fig.3 widok czolowy uchwytu w drugim wariancie, fig.4 widok boczny uchwytu w drugim wariancie, fig.5 widok czolowy uchwytu w trzecim wariancie, a fig.6 widok boczny, uchwytu w trzecim wariancie. The handle shows the features of novelty and originality in terms of the new shape of the handle and its arms and the shape of the handle hub on which the arms are located. Commonly known as standard, four-arm handles, the shapes of which take many different forms. The handle closest to the handle according to the industrial design is the one described in the Polish industrial design, submitted under the number Wp-2704. The handle according to the industrial design, in the front view, has the form of an isosceles cross, the arms of which have the shape of a circle in the side view. From the handle is led axially located handle hub in the form of a cylinder. The hub in the first variety is smooth, the hub in the second variety has an axially located hole. The third type of hub has a circumferential groove at the end. The object of the utility model is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a front view of the handle in the first variant, fig. 2 a side view of the handle in the first variant, fig. 3 front view of the handle in the second variant, fig. In a variant, fig. 5 is an end view of the handle in a third variant, and fig. 6 a side view of the handle in a third variant.
