Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do wspomagania czynnosci zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 uwidoczniono uchwyt meblowy w pólwidoku od strony podstawy, na fig. 2 uchwyt w widoku ogólnym oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, na której na fig. 3 przedsta- wiono uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym oraz na fig. 4, na której przedstawiono w widoku od strony podstawy. Uchwyt meblowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do ceownika. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's original form, manifested in the characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a half-view from the base, Fig. 2 shows the handle in a general view, and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the furniture handle in a general view and Fig. 4 shows it in a view from the base. The furniture handle is characterized by having a generally C-shaped shape when viewed from the side. The furniture handle shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is a tripartite solid consisting of a prism-shaped connector with square, slightly convex feet and two feet detachably connected to it, formed into stylized C-profiles, the lower part of which is square in cross-section, while the upper part - the bed - has the shape of an open square congruent to the external outline of the connector embedded in it, but the supports on the side adjacent to the furniture are open and have mounting sleeves mounted on the inner walls to facilitate connection with the base. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle is characterized in that it is a tripartite solid consisting of a prism-shaped connector with square, slightly convex bases and two detachably connected feet formed into stylized C-sections, the lower part of which is square in cross-section, while the upper part - the bed - has the shape of an open square congruent with the outer outline of the connector embedded in it, but the feet on the side adjacent to the furniture are open and have mounting sleeves mounted on the inner walls to facilitate connection with the base as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
