Pochodnia ogrodowa skladajaca sie z uchwytu na swiece i zerdzi osadczej , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, uchwyt na swiece jest w ksztalcie stozka utworzonego przez prety polaczone ze soba i zerdzia osadcza, w miejscu wierzcholka stozka. Podstawe stozka stanowi pret w ksztalcie kola . Uchwyt na swiecie, pochodni ogrodowej moze miec rózne katy rozwarcia tworzacych stozka, jak pokazano na figurach rysunku. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a garden torch. The essence of the design is a new form of the garden torch, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in a general view, in embodiment examples Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The garden torch, consisting of a candle holder and a mounting pole, has the following essential features of the industrial design: the candle holder is in the shape of a cone formed by interconnected rods and a mounting pole at the cone's apex. The base of the cone is a circular rod. The holder on the world, the garden torch, can have various angles of opening, as shown in the figures. PL PL PL
