Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono w ujeciu schematycznym na zalaczonym rysunkach oraz na fotografii. Wazonu w widoku czolowym ukazano na Fig. 1 i Fig. 3, a na Fig. 2 zaprezentowano widok wazonu w ujeciu z góry. Wazon moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze. Cechy istotne wzory przemyslowego. Wazon charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego korpus posiada ksztalt wydluzonego cylindra, którego dolna i górna czesc maja nieco poszerzone srednice i odchylone sa od swojej osi. Dolna czesc korpusu zakonczona jest pogrubiona podstawa o zarysie kola, a jego górna czesc zwienczona jest otworem o zarysie okregu, przy czym, szerokosc podstawy wazonu jest wieksza od szerokosci jego otworu.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vase. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the object, manifested in shape and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented schematically in the attached drawings and in a photograph. The vase is shown in a frontal view in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, while Fig. 2 presents a top view. The vase can be made in any color. The essential features of an industrial design: The vase is characterized by its body having the shape of an elongated cylinder, the lower and upper parts of which have slightly widened diameters and are inclined from their axis. The lower part of the body is finished with a thickened base in the shape of a circle, and its upper part is topped with a circular opening, wherein the width of the vase's base is greater than the width of its opening.
