Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie segmentu, zmierzajaca do celów estetycz- nych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych ry- sunkach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia segment ze zwienczeniem reliefowym, w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - segment ze zwienczeniem z grotami, w widoku od czola, fig. 3 - podstawe segmentu ze srodkowym otworem w postaci posredniego odcinka kola, fig. 4 - reliefowe zwienczenie segmentu, fig. 5 - podstawe segmentu ze srodkowym otworem w postaci krancowego odcinka kola, fig. 6 - zwienczenie segmentu z grotami.Nowa postac segmentu, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, prze- jawia sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniach jego elementów. Segment sklada sie z dolnego elementu stanowiacego podstawe i z górnego elementu stanowiacego zwienczenie. Podstawa i zwienczenie maja srodkowe otwory w postaci odcinków kola, wzajemnie dopelniajacych sie, w których umieszczone sa tralki majace postac srubowych pretów. Powierzchnie pomiedzy srodkowymi otworami a zewnetrznymi obramowaniami podstawy i zwienczenia maja postac reliefu zas zwienczenie ma zewnetrzny górny obrys falisty, wznoszacy sie ku srodkowi segmentu. Poszczególne odmiany segmentów wedlug wzoru zdobniczego uwidocz- nione sa na rysunkach. Fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiaja kompletne zestawione segmenty. Podstawa przedstawiona na fig. 3 ma ma srodkowy otwór w postaci posredniego odcinka kola. Zwienczenie przedstawione na fig. 4 ma zewnetrzny górny obrys w postaci reliefu. Podstawa przedstawiona na fig. 5 ma ma srodkowy otwór w postaci krancowego odcinka kola. Zwienczenie przedstawione na fig. 6 ma zewnetrzny górny obrys w postaci grotów. The subject of the ornamental design is a fence segment. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the segment, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 shows a segment with a relief top, viewed from the front; Fig. 2 shows a segment with a top with spearheads, viewed from the front; Fig. 3 shows the base of the segment with a central opening in the form of an intermediate segment of a circle; Fig. 4 shows the relief top of the segment; Fig. 5 shows the base of the segment with a central opening in the form of an end segment of a circle; Fig. 6 shows the top of the segment with spearheads. The new design of the segment, aimed at aesthetic purposes, is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of its elements. The segment consists of a lower element constituting the base and an upper element constituting the top. The base and cap have central openings in the form of complementary circular segments, in which balusters in the form of helical rods are placed. The surfaces between the central openings and the outer frames of the base and cap are in relief, while the cap has an outer upper wavy outline rising towards the center of the segment. Individual segment variations according to the decorative pattern are shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the complete assembled segments. The base shown in Fig. 3 has a central opening in the form of an intermediate circular segment. The cap shown in Fig. 4 has an outer upper outline in relief. The base shown in Fig. 5 has a central opening in the form of an end segment of a circle. The finial shown in Figure 6 has an outer upper outline in the form of spearheads. The bases and finials can be combined in various ways.
