Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przestawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke stanowiaca nowy wzór przemyslowy w widoku perspektywicznym i zaopatrzona w nakrywke, zas fig.2 ukazuje te butelke w widoku od strony frontowej, fig.3 jest widokiem bocznym na butelke,fig.4 ukazuje te butelke od strony tylnej, fig.5 stanowi widok butelki z góry, fig.6 stanowi widok butelki od dolu, natomiast fig.7 ukazuje.te butelke w widoku od strony frontowej, przy czym butelka jest zaopatrzona w nakrywke przedstawiona przerywana linia. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku butelka jest utworzona z czesci cylindrycznej, zaopatrzonej u dolu w dno, a u góry czesc cylindryczna ma lukowe przewezenie rozszerzajace sie stozkowo ku górze i zaopatrzone w dwa lukowe ozdobne ucha a ta czescbutelki jest zakonczona ozdobnym pierscieniem, nad którym jest czesc cylindryczna zaopatrzona w charakterystyczny gwint, zas dno butelki ma ozdobny ornament w postaci garbów usytuowanych w kolo, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 - fig.7. Przedmiot wzoru moze byc wykonany w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniach. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, ornamentation, and arrangement of lines intended to achieve aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the bottle constituting the new industrial design and fitted with a cap, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 is a side view of the bottle, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the back, Fig. 5 is a view of the bottle from the top, Fig. 6 is a view of the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 7 shows the bottle from the front, with the bottle fitted with a cap shown in dashed lines. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the bottle is formed of a cylindrical part provided with a bottom at the bottom, and at the top, the cylindrical part has an arched narrowing that widens conically upwards and is provided with two arched decorative handles, and this part of the bottle is terminated with a decorative ring, above which is the cylindrical part provided with a characteristic thread, while the bottom of the bottle has a decorative ornament in the form of humps arranged in a circle, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 7.
