Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, uzywany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt z czesciowym przekrojem osiowym, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi podstawa w ksztalcie czaszy kulistej z walcowym dolnym obrzezem, w osi której umieszczony jest element walcowy, którego górny koniec zakonczony jest galka kulista, przy czym w dolnej powierzchni podstawy oraz w elemencie walcowym wykonany jest dwustopniowy otwór osiowy. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy posiadajacy kulista czesc chwytowa oraz podstawe charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go podstawa w ksztalcie czaszy kulistej z walcowym dolnym obrzezem w osi której umieszczony jest element walcowy, którego górny koniec zakonczony jest galka kulista przy czym w dolnej powierzchni podstawy oraz w elemencie walcowym wykonany jest dwustopniowy otwór osiowy.Fig. 1Fig.2 Fig. 3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle used as a fitting for doors, drawers, and doors. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a partial axial cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a top view. The furniture handle, according to the industrial design, comprises a base in the shape of a spherical cap with a cylindrical lower rim, in the axis of which is placed a cylindrical element, the upper end of which terminates in a spherical knob, wherein a two-stage axial hole is made in the lower surface of the base and in the cylindrical element. Essential features of the industrial design A furniture handle with a spherical gripping part and a base is characterized by the following: - it is a base in the shape of a spherical cap with a cylindrical lower rim, in the axis of which a cylindrical element is placed, the upper end of which is terminated with a spherical knob, and a two-stage axial hole is made in the lower surface of the base and in the cylindrical element.
