Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt do recznych narze- dzi budowlanych typu paca. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny uchwytu z boku,fig.1.1 przedstawia widok ogólny uchwytu z góry, fig. 1.2 przedstawia widok ogólny utftyvytu od stro- ny mocowania narzedzia.Uchwyt ma korpus z tworzywa sztucznego, o symetrycznie zmien- nym przekroju, w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata i owalnych krótszych krawedziach. Sciany boczne korpusu maja plaskie powierzchnie i zaokra- glone krawedzie, zas sciana górna ma powierzchnie w ksztalcie lukowym wypuklym, a sciana dolna ma powierzchnie w ksztalcie lukowym wkleslym i wszystkie sa ograniczone obustronnie pólkolistymi powierzchniami, z któ- rych jedna ma osiowy okragly otwór. Czesc srodkowa zewnetrznej powloki kazdej ze scian korpusu, na ok. % dlugosci, jest wykonana z miekkiego gumowego tworzywa sztucznego i tworzy jedna linie z jego konturem ze- wnetrznym oraz ma obustronnie poziomo umieszczony element graficzny w postaci kwadratu z umieszczonym wewnetrznie trójkatem i napis „Kuba- la" Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany z twardego i miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego o róznym zabarwieniu. Cecha istotna uchwytu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze: - korpus z tworzywa sztucznego ma symetrycznie zmienny przekrój, w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata i owalne krótsze krawedzie, - sciany boczne korpusu maja plaskie powierzchnie i zaokraglone kra- wedzie, zas sciana górna ma powierzchnie w ksztalcie lukowym wy- puklym, a sciana dolna ma powierzchnie w ksztalcie lukowym wkle- slym i wszystkie sa ograniczone obustronnie pólkolistymi powierzch- niami, z których jedna ma osiowy okragly otwór, - czesc srodkowa zewnetrznej powloki kazdej ze scian korpusu, na ok. % dlugosci, jest wykonana z miekkiego gumowego tworzywa sztucz- nego i tworzy jedna linie z jego konturem zewnetrznym oraz ma obu- stronnie poziomo umieszczony element graficzny w postaci kwadratu z umieszczonym wewnatrz trójkatem i napis „Kubala", - uchwyt jest wykonany w twardego i miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego o róznym zabarwieniu.Fig. 1 Fig. 1.1 Fig. 1.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a handle for hand construction tools such as a trowel. The industrial design represents a new and original form of the handle, manifesting itself in its shape, material, and color scheme. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the handle from the side, Fig. 1.1 shows a general view of the handle from above, and Fig. 1.2 shows a general view of the handle from the tool mounting side. The handle has a plastic body with a symmetrically variable cross-section, roughly rectangular in shape, and oval shorter edges. The side walls of the body have flat surfaces and rounded edges, while the upper wall has a convex arc-shaped surface, and the lower wall has a concave arc-shaped surface, all bounded on both sides by semicircular surfaces, one of which has an axial circular opening. The central part of the outer shell of each body wall, for approximately 1/4 of its length, is made of soft rubbery plastic and forms a single line with its outer contour. It also has a horizontally placed graphic element on both sides in the form of a square with an internal triangle and the inscription "Kubala." The handle, following the industrial design, is made of hard and soft plastic in various colors. An essential feature of the handle according to the industrial design is that: - the plastic body has a symmetrically variable cross-section, in a shape close to a rectangle and oval shorter edges, - the side walls of the body have flat surfaces and rounded edges, while the upper wall has a convex arc-shaped surface and the lower wall has a concave arc-shaped surface, and all of them are limited on both sides by semicircular surfaces, one of which has an axial circular hole, - the central part of the outer shell of each of the body walls, for approx. 100% of its length, is made of a soft rubber plastic and forms one line with its outer contour and has a horizontally placed graphic element in the form of a square with a symbol placed inside it on both sides triangle and the inscription "Kubala", - the handle is made of hard and soft plastic of different colors.
