Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest piata, zwlasz- cza do sprzatania gladkich powierzchni poziomych i pionowych na sucho i na mokro. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac piaty, zmierzaja- ca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów piaty oraz w barwie, nadajacej jej swoisty i ory- ginalny wyglad, przeznaczony do odtwarzania w produkcji prze- myslowej .Przedmiot wzoru pokazany Jest na zalaczonych ry- sunkach, na których Fig.1 przedstawia plate w widoku z góry, Fig.2 spód piaty a Fig.3 ksztaltowy zarys piaty w widoku z boku. Plata wedlug wzoru w obrysie ma ksztalt bryly o zarysie stylizowanego prostokata, którego krótsze naprze- mianlegle boki zakonczone sa trójkatami równoramiennymi. PL PL PLThe right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from February 4, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a plate, particularly for cleaning smooth horizontal and vertical surfaces, both dry and wet. The essence of the design is a new form of the plate, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in the shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements of the plate and in the color, giving it a specific and original appearance, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the plate from above, Fig. 2 the underside of the plate, and Fig. 3 the contour outline of the plate from a side view. The panel, according to the outline pattern, has the shape of a stylized rectangle, the shorter alternating sides of which are terminated with isosceles triangles. The upper surface of the fifth panel's aluminum body profile has a shaped recess 9 for polypropylene hinges 2 placed symmetrically in its central part with a hook 3 and a polypropylene sleeve 4 containing a ball latch 5 and a spring 6. The lower surface of the fifth panel's aluminum body profile has strips of self-adhesive tape 7. The shorter alternating sides of the fifth panel's body profile J_ have polypropylene protective caps 8, while the outer edges JO of the fifth panel are rounded. PL PL PL
