Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac regalu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia regal z nalozona na niego umywalka a fig.2 przedstawia sam regal w widoku perspektywicznym. Regal podumywalkowy zawiera cztery nogi i laczace je poprzeczki o przekroju zblizonym do kwadratu. Poprzeczki usytuowane sa bezposrednio u góry i w niewielkiej odleglosci od dolu a dodatkowe trzy poprzeczki; przednia i dwie boczne usytuowane sa w niewielkiej odleglosci od góry. Na dolnych poprzeczkach polozona jest przezroczysta pólka. Caly regal jest w kolorze drewna. Spody nóg posiadaja stopki o regulowanej wysokosci. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the shelf, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the shelf with a washbasin placed on it, and Fig. 2 shows the shelf itself in a perspective view. The washbasin shelf comprises four legs and connecting crossbars with a cross-section close to square. The crossbars are located directly at the top and a short distance from the bottom, and three additional crossbars; the front and two side ones are located a short distance from the top. A transparent shelf is placed on the lower crossbars. The entire shelf is finished in wood. The bottoms of the legs have height-adjustable feet. PL PL PL

PROTECTIVE DISCLAIMERS

1. A washbasin shelf comprising legs and crossbars connecting them, characterized in that the legs and crossbars have a cross-section close to a square, the crossbars are located directly at the top and a short distance from the bottom, and three additional crossbars; the front and two side ones are located a short distance from the top, while the lower crossbars have a half-plate and the entire shelf is in the color of wood, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
