Element budowlany Prawo z rejestracji trwa od dnia: 3 czerwca 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac elementu budowlanego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym: fig.1 przedstawia element budowlany w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku od góry, fig.2 - element budowlany w widoku z przodu, przy czym widok z tylu stanowi jego lustrzane odbicie, fig.3 - element budowlany w widoku z boku z jednej strony, przy czym widok z drugiej strony stanowi jego lustrzane odbicie oraz fig.4 - element budowlany w widoku z góry.Element budowlany ma postac bloczka o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadlosciennego przy czym przeciwlegle sciany przednia i tylna maja wieksza powierzchnie niz dwie prostopadle do nich, lezace równiez naprzeciw siebie scianki boczne, na których w poblizu krawedzi tylnej usytuowane sa pionowe zaglebienia o w przyblizeniu prostopadlosciennym zarysie, obejmujace cala wysokosc scianek. Scianki boczne sa ponadto zaopatrzone w usytuowane w sasiedztwie ich dolnej i górnej krawedzi w poblizu przedniej scianki bloczka dwa poziome w przyblizeniu prostokatne zarysy górny i dolny, przy czym oba zarysy maja odrózniajaca je barwe i strukture powierzchni a ponadto podobne, w przyblizeniu prostokatne, zarysy usytuowane sa równiez na powierzchni dna pionowych zaglebien scianek bocznych, w poblizu dolnej i górnej krawedzi, przy czym kazdy z tych zarysów ma odrózniajaca je barwe i strukture powierzchni. Powierzchnia górna bloczka ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego z usytuowanymi w poblizu krawedzi tylnej dwoma umieszczonymi symetrycznie w sasiedztwie krawedzi bocznych wycieciami o zblizonym do prostokatnego konturze. Ponadto na górnej powierzchni widoczne sa dwa usytuowane wzdluznie, równolegle w stosunku do siebie w przyblizeniu prostokatne zarysy, które maja odrózniajaca barwe oraz strukture powierzchni. Cechy charakterystyczne elementu budowlanego w postaci bloczka o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadlosciennego polegaja na tym, ze przeciwlegle sciany przednia i tylna maja wieksza powierzchnie niz dwie prostopadle do nich, lezace równiez naprzeciw siebie scianki boczne, na których w poblizu krawedzi tylnej usytuowane sa pionowe zaglebienia o w przyblizeniu prostopadlosciennym zarysie, obejmujace cala wysokosc scianek, przy czym scianki boczne sa ponadto zaopatrzone wusytuowane w sasiedztwie ich dolnej i górnej krawedzi, w poblizu przedniej scianki bloczka dwa poziome w przyblizeniu prostokatne zarysy górny i dolny, przy czym oba zarysy maja odrózniajaca je barwe i strukture powierzchni a ponadto podobne, w przyblizeniu prostokatne, zarysy usytuowane sa równiez na powierzchni dna pionowych zaglebien scianek bocznych, w poblizu dolnej i górnej krawedzi, przy czym kazdy z tych zarysów ma odrózniajaca je barwe i strukture powierzchni, natomiast powierzchnia górna bloczka ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokatnego z usytuowanymi w poblizu krawedzi tylnej dwoma umieszczonymi symetrycznie w sasiedztwie krawedzi bocznych wycieciami o zblizonym do prostokatnego konturze a takze posiada dwa usytuowane wzdluznie, równolegle w stosunku do siebie w przyblizeniu prostokatne zarysy, które maja odrózniajaca barwe oraz strukture powierzchni jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig.l - fig.4. The essence of the design is a new form of the construction element, manifesting itself in shape, line arrangement, surface, and color. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the building element in a perspective view from the front and from the side from above, Fig. 2 - the building element in a front view, the back view being its mirror image, Fig. 3 - the building element in a side view from one side, the other side view being its mirror image, and Fig. 4 - the building element in a top view. The building element has the form of a block with a shape close to a cuboid, where the opposite front and back walls have a larger surface area than the two side walls perpendicular to them, which are also opposite each other, on which vertical recesses with an approximately cuboid outline are located near the rear edge, covering the entire height of the walls. The side walls are further provided with two horizontal, approximately rectangular contours, one upper and one lower, located adjacent to their lower and upper edges near the front wall of the block, both contours having a distinctive color and surface texture. Furthermore, similar, approximately rectangular contours are also located on the bottom surface of the vertical recesses of the side walls, near the lower and upper edges, each contour having a distinctive color and surface texture. The upper surface of the block has a roughly rectangular shape, with two symmetrically placed recesses with a roughly rectangular contour located near the rear edge, adjacent to the side edges. In addition, on the upper surface there are two longitudinally arranged, approximately rectangular outlines parallel to each other, which have a distinctive color and surface structure. The characteristic features of a building element in the form of a block of a shape close to a cuboidal shape consist in the fact that the opposite front and rear walls have a larger surface area than the two side walls which are perpendicular to them and also lie opposite each other, on which, near the rear edge, vertical recesses of an approximately cuboidal outline are situated, covering the entire height of the walls, wherein the side walls are further provided with two horizontal, approximately rectangular outlines located in the vicinity of their lower and upper edges, near the front wall of the block, upper and lower, wherein both outlines have a distinctive color and surface structure, and in addition, similar, approximately rectangular outlines are also situated on the bottom surface of the vertical recesses of the side walls, near the lower and upper edges, wherein Each of these outlines has a distinctive color and surface structure, while the upper surface of the block has a shape close to a rectangle with two symmetrically placed cutouts with a rectangular outline located near the rear edge, adjacent to the side edges, and also has two longitudinally located, approximately rectangular outlines, parallel to each other, which have a distinctive color and surface structure as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 4.
