Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie wyeksponowanych w nim elementów konstrukcji nosnej jego ele- mentów oraz w ich zestawieniu z pozostalymi elementami czesci zestawu. The right to register an ornamental design is valid from June 7, 2001. Priority: May 8, 2001 (Meble, Poznań, Poland). The subject of the ornamental design is a set of office furniture. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the exposed supporting structure elements and their combination with other elements of the set. The form of the object according to the ornamental design is determined by the proportions of its individual elements, associated with a characteristic arrangement of lines, which aim to imbue the set with original aesthetic properties. The set contains eight basic parts, each of which is a separate variation of the design. The set includes a table, a simple desk, a desk with a container, a low chest of drawers, a tall chest of drawers, a wardrobe, an extension unit, and a second extension unit. The table according to the decorative pattern consists of a rectangular top supported by four legs and the upper surfaces of crossbars connecting the upper ends of the legs in pairs. The legs and crossbars are sections of a trapezoidal section. The smaller bases of the leg and crossbar section sections are situated in parallel planes lying on the outer sides of the table; moreover, the inner surfaces of the leg and crossbar connections converge towards the table base. The surfaces of the legs and crossbars are silver, while the top surface cladding is darker, as shown in the attached illustrative material Figs. 1, 9, and 10. The straight desk according to the decorative pattern consists of a rectangular top supported by four legs. On the short sides of the desk, the majority of the leg surfaces are connected by cladding to form two rectangular columns. The columns have hexagonal bases. Each column has two surfaces that converge toward the center of the desk. The columns are connected by a crossbar running under the tabletop. The leg sections extending beyond the column surfaces are trapezoidal section sections. The smaller bases of the leg section sections are located in parallel planes along the long sides of the desk. The surfaces of the legs extending beyond the columns are silver, while the cladding on the top surface, columns, and crossbar surface is darker, as shown in the attached illustrative material, Figs. 2, 11, and 12. The desk with a pedestal, following the decorative pattern, consists of a rectangular top supported on two legs at one end and a column extending from the top surface of the pedestal at the other. The legs are in the form of angle brackets with horizontal shelves adjacent to the bottom surfaces of the top on its long sides. The shelves of the leg angle brackets are sections of a trapezoidal section. The smaller bases of the sectional profiles forming the leg shelves are located in parallel planes on the outer sides of the desk. Furthermore, the internal surfaces of the leg shelf connections converge towards the center of the desk. The container has a cuboid shape supported by four legs, with the four front surfaces of the drawers dividing the container wall on the long side of the desk. The legs are sectional profiles with a trapezoidal cross-section. The smaller bases of the sectional profiles of the legs are located in parallel planes along the long sides of the desk. The surfaces of the legs and feet are silver, while the surface cladding of the top and container is darker, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 3, 13, and 14. The low chest of drawers, following the decorative pattern, contains a cuboid chest supported by four legs. At the front, the chest is divided by the surfaces of the door panels and the glass enclosing the shelf space. The legs are trapezoidal section sections. The smaller bases of the leg section sections are located in parallel planes, lying on the outer sides of the long sides of the chest of drawers. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the legs converge towards the center of the chest's base. The legs' surfaces are silver, while the chest's surface cladding is darker, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 4 and 16. The tall chest, following the decorative pattern, contains a cuboid chest supported by four legs. At the front, the chest's surface is divided by two rows of door panel surfaces and a separating glass panel enclosing the shelf space. The legs are trapezoidal section sections. The smaller bases of the leg section sections are located in parallel planes, lying on the outer sides of the chest's long sides. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the legs converge towards the center of the chest's base. The leg surfaces are silver, while the chest surface cladding is darker, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 5. The cabinet in the decorative design comprises a cuboid chest supported by four legs. The front surfaces of the chest are divided by the door panels. The legs are trapezoidal section sections. The smaller bases of the leg section sections are located in parallel planes, lying on the outer sides of the long sides of the cabinet. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the legs converge towards the center of the cabinet base. The leg surfaces are silver, while the chest surface cladding is darker, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 6. The first extension unit in the decorative design consists of a rectangular top supported by two legs. The legs are shaped as angle brackets with horizontal shelves adjacent to the lower surfaces of the top on its long sides. The shelves of the leg angle brackets are sections of a trapezoidal section. The smaller bases of the sections of the section forming the leg shelves are located in parallel planes lying on the outer sides of the top. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the leg shelf connections converge towards the center of the first extension. The legs are silver, while the top surface cladding is darker, as shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 7 and 10. The second extension, following the decorative pattern, consists of a rectangular top supported by two legs and a crossbar connecting the upper ends of the legs. The legs and crossbar are sections of a trapezoidal section. The horizontal shelves of the crossbar are adjacent to the lower surfaces of the tabletop, on the sides of its short sides. The smaller bases of the leg and crossbar section profiles are located in a parallel plane, lying on the outer side of the tabletop side. Furthermore, the inner surfaces of the leg and crossbar joints converge towards the center of the tabletop.
