Biurko Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest biurko. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia biurko w widoku ogólnym, fig.2 - odmiane I biurka w widoku ogólnym i fig.3 - odmiane II biurka równiez w widoku ogólnym. Lewa czesc biurka wedlug wzoru stanowi jednodrzwiowa szafka z u- sytuowana nad nia szuflada, natomiast prawa czesc biurka stanowi usytuowana pionowo prostopadloscienna plyta posiadajaca postument wykonany z meblowej plyty, na którym osadzona jest jednodrzwiowa szafka. Lewa i prawa czesc biurka polaczone saprostopadlosciennym, glównym blatem i pólka wykonanymi z me- blowej plyty. W tylnym narozu glównego blatu znajduje sie mniejszy prostopa- dloscienny blat osadzony na czterech tulejach. Wykaz odmian wzoru 1. Przedstawiona na fig.2 odmiana I biurka wedlug wzoru ma lewa i prawa czescpolaczone pólkami i glównym blatem, które stanowia meblowe plyty. Lewa czesc biurka stanowiacego odmiane I biurka wedlug wzoru stanowi jedno- drzwiowa szafka zawierajaca pólki i prostopadloscienne wneki skrzyniowe, przy czym drzwi jednodrzwiowej szafki stanowi przezroczysta szklana plyta, natomiast prawa czesc biurka stanowi szafka z szufladami. Na tylnej czesci glównego blatu, na pionowo usytuowanych plytkach o ksztalcie kwadratu i metalowych tulejach usytuowany jest mniejszy blat odmiany I biurka wedlug wzoru wykonany z plyty meblowej o ksztalcie wydluzonego prostopadloscia- nu. Ponadto, mniejszy blat biurka stanowiacgo odmiane I biurka wedlug wzo- ru posiada tylna scianke o szerokosci glównego blatu biurka, przestajaca nie- co swoja wysokoscia ponad mniejszy blat. 2. Przedstawiona na fig.3 odmiana II biurka wedlug wzoru posiada lewa i prawa czesc polaczone glównym blatem i usytuowana pod nim pólka, wykonanymi z prostopadlosciennych, meblowych plyt. Lewa czesc biurka stanowi duza prostopadloscienna wneka skrzyniowa siegajaca swoja wysokoscia do glów- nego blatu, przy czym duza skrzyniowa wneka posiada nadstawke wykonana z pionowo i poziomo usytuowanych plyt meblowych tworzacych otwarte, prostopadloscienne wneki i pólki, czesciowo otwarte, równiez, z bocznej stro- ny biurka. Prawa czesc biurka stanowiacego odmiane II biurka wedlug wzoru stanowi szafka z pólkami i wnekami skrzyniowymi, przy czym wysuwana pólka zakonczona jest drzwiami przeslaniajacymi srodkowa i dolna czesc tejszafki. Ponadto, na tylnej czesci glównego blatu, nad prawa czescia biurka znajduje sie maly blat podparty od przedniej strony metalowymi tulejami, a w tylnej czesci - tylna scianka szafki stanowiacej prawa czesc odmiany II biurka wedlug wzoru, która zdecydowanie przestaje powyzej Równego i ma- lego blatu i posiada zblizona wysokosc do wysokosci nadstawki duzej skrzy- niowej wneki stanowiacej lewa czesc odmiany II biurka wedlug wzoru. The design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the desk, Fig. 2 - a general view of version I of the desk, and Fig. 3 - a general view of version II of the desk. The left part of the desk, according to the design, is a single-door cabinet with a drawer above it, while the right part of the desk is a vertically arranged cuboid board with a pedestal made of furniture board, on which the single-door cabinet is mounted. The left and right parts of the desk are connected by a cuboid main tabletop and a shelf made of furniture board. In the rear corner of the main tabletop is a smaller cuboid tabletop mounted on four bushings. List of Pattern Variations 1. The pattern-based desk variant I shown in Fig. 2 has left and right sections connected by shelves and a main top made of furniture boards. The left section of the pattern-based desk variant I is a single-door cabinet containing shelves and rectangular box recesses, with the door of the single-door cabinet being a transparent glass panel, while the right section of the desk is a cabinet with drawers. At the rear of the main top, on vertically arranged square plates and metal sleeves, is a smaller top of the pattern-based desk variant I, made of furniture board in the shape of an elongated cuboid. Furthermore, the smaller desk top, which constitutes variant I of the desk according to the pattern, has a rear wall the width of the main desk top, slightly exceeding the height of the smaller top. 2. Variant II of the desk according to the pattern, shown in Fig. 3, has left and right sections connected by the main desk top and a shelf located beneath it, made of cuboidal furniture boards. The left section of the desk is a large cuboidal box recess, reaching in height to the main desk top, while the large box recess has an extension made of vertically and horizontally arranged furniture boards, creating open, cuboidal recesses and shelves, also partially open, on the side of the desk. The right side of the desk, which constitutes version II of the desk according to the pattern, is a cabinet with shelves and box-shaped recesses, with the pull-out shelf ending in a door that conceals the middle and lower sections of the cabinet. Furthermore, on the rear of the main desktop, above the right side of the desk, is a small desktop supported on the front by metal sleeves. At the rear, there is the rear wall of the cabinet, which constitutes the right side of version II of the desk according to the pattern. This wall extends significantly above the flat, small desktop and is similar in height to the extension of the large box-shaped recess constituting the left side of version II of the desk according to the pattern. Essential features of the industrial design - The desk according to the design has a rectangular main tabletop made of furniture board, on which a smaller tabletop supported by metal sleeves is placed (fig.1, 2 and 3).
